64. You would have to be delusional to believe either Jackie Hatten or her brother. These are two mixed-up siblings who stick together because no one else can tolerate their pathological tendencies.

As for Mark Jailbird Hatten being credible, I have to gasp at the naivete' of such thinking.
Not only do the majority of inmates profess their innocence, but they spend inordinately long periods of time getting themselves immersed in the "law." Reading legal books, preparing their "defense," playing lawyer. Usually to no avail. Ask any judge how many people like Mark Hatten come into chambers on a regular basis; then ask how many are believable and how many are actually set free.

Get real. If you think Howard K. is on Myspace offering a rebuttal to Jailbird Hatten's claims then you've really gone down the rabbit hole along with Hatten and his psychotic sister, Jackie.

I have a suggestion for the next Lifetime movie: It could be called, "My Friends" and will be based on a true story. The theme will be two deranged siblings who have only each other in the world - an X-rated Hansel and Gretal. The sister is obsessed with her friend Anna (pronounced "Ona" with a short O) and her brother is also obsessed with Ona. The sister becomes so consumed with defending the honor of her now-deceased "friend" Ona that something fantastic occurs: Ona comes back to life in the form of Jackie Hatten. In the end, all's well because Mark gets to have his sister and Ona, too.

Ater reading his complaint I notice no attorneys yet at least not signed.He is not smart enough as far as I have read to write tis up himself .If you read this it is exactualy what Virgie Arthur and o'quinn are trting to claim.Tells who wrote it up doesn't it also tells who benifits at this time.Why if he is after all these people is Stern the one name in the headlines.Because it will bring the most media coverage.I am sur everyone knows that police dept ect almost always settle out of court and who ever wrote this up knew this.The only thing he has going for him is a civil rights claim because a jury convicted him and the evidence pointed to his guilt.ROTFL this is the most bogus suit I have ever read in my life.his civil rights were violated ,right so wer mine when he is put back on the streets to go after another women only this time rewally hurt her .IMO

In my opinion, it seems that the only conspiracy going on is between Cosby, Hattens, Opri, etc. The timing of the book, Mark Hattens lawsuit, and Opri's threatened lawsuit against Birkhead, is just to convenient. The silence from Virgie and O'Quinn is because of pending custody case in Bahamas. Sure would like to know which lawyer helped Hatten write his complaint!

Seems to me they could not find anything to use against Howard and Larry and so they have created this mess to try and get what they want....the child and the money. How convenient that the people who you slander, libel, and defame are the ones that have to prove your statements are false.

A proper and complete investigation was conducted by competent professionals in Anna's death and the findings did not conclude it was homicide. Accept it.....you have no right to ruin a person's life just because you do not agree.

It is CLEAR that Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern and their families are the only ones that are looking out for baby's best interest. The rest of this bunch should be ashamed....I wonder how you look yourselves in the mirror.

To answer your question Hatten wrote this lawsuit all up by himself..He is a smart man when it comes to his legal issues as he has been in Pro Per and his paralegl typed it up! Hatten was denie all his defense witnesses including a PI and the dr. who treated Mr. Navarro. He was denied pictures of anna and him into evidence, the 911 tape of HKS not Anna calling the police and other exculpatorey evidence that the attorneys withheld or accdentially lost. Judge Stoltz had it in for Hatten or was paid off by HKS!!!

Legally HKS is still a party to the lawsuit and him and his camp is aware of the suit as it's all over the media from California to Chicago.

75. I read a review about her chocolates somewhere. The person who wrote it said they were horrible and she got deathly ill after eating them and urged people not to buy them.

This company is a fraud - most lilkely part of their theiving, money laundering scheme IMO. It was starter right after Anna died!
