I would rather see Dannielynn than bran jolinaskids or cruies kid ,DL is like Americas baby,we fell in love with her and want to see her as she is growing,she was in a bad position and lots of humanbeings wanted to see her be with her father who faught for her from the beginning,I would want to be with my real father if I were in her position,not with a drug enabler,love struck lawer with only one client and living off that client. That just makes no sense,who in their right mind conducts themselves like that? HS had no right to fight for the baby after Anna died period. Get over pics and interviews of Larry and DL, some enjoy watching her grow and will always care.

124. In this case, I can understand why Larry would sue because Rita's sources are not that great. The judge on FoxNews, he has an Italian name & but I can never remember his name, anyway he said one source, the sister of a ex-boyfriend, is known in Hollywood for being a nutcase. I'll wait & see. He doubted Rita would get sued because she's a regular person & the court tends to be more lax with these people. Her sources is a different matter but I doubt if they have any money.

They would be in court. Birkhead having to sue for his rights as a father, did you forget Smith and Stern left the country to evade US laws? Smith was a drug addict and Stern was her enabler. And the both worked to make sure that No - One knew the real paternity. I personally do not feel that if Anna were alive that Danilynn would be safe. Just my opinion.

131. Ultimatly - it was due to Smith and Sterns deception that Birkhead needed a lawyer in the first place. If ANS had been an ethical woman herself, this entire mess could have been avoided. You can't hide from DNA evidence forever.

Opri is in this lawsuit because she
#1. Did not stick to the terms of there agreement
#2. Misrepresented herself and possibly her motives
#3. Waylaid LB's Salary into a private trust he has no access to.
#4. Refused to Deal with his allegations of Fraud misappropriation of funds.

What I find Ironic is a Lawyer who has no problem breaking client privacy trusts, violating ethic billing practices, and promoting her own agenda with the Media (including her own PR rep) Who sues someone who gives her that press. She wanted the fame an notoriety, now she has it.

133. DANIEL'S DEATH WAS AN ACCIDENT! ANNA PUT METHADONE IN HER DRINK ALL THE TIME TO MASK THE TASTE---DANIEL HAD DRUGS IN HIS SYSTEM ALREADY-COMMON KNOWLEDGE THAT HE HAD A PROBLEM-AND HE DRANK HER DRINK WHILE IN THE HOSPITAL ROOM. ENOUGH TO PUSH HIM OVER THE EDGE. ANNA WAS ON TOO MANY PAINKILLERS TO NOTICE. IF SHE BLAMED HOWARD-IT WAS BECAUSE HE DID NOT CATCH IT. THEY WERE BOTH TIRED AFTER ALL THE EXCITEMENT OF THE BIRTH. WILL COME OUT AT THE INQUEST---JUST A HORRIBLE MISTAKE!
