In an effort to expedite the process of becoming more like the characters on his California Raisins t-shirt, former child star Shia LaBeouf puffed away on a cancer stick outside a Toluca Lake, Calif. restaurant yesterday. What a role model!
The former Disney Channel star has put on 15 pounds of muscle for his upcoming role in "Indiana Jones 4" -- but he's still wearing the same size pants.

health care is high..Smoker's even pay much higher premium'$When you
get the real fact's come back.
Just let him be a rebellious kid already. We've all been there. Besides, I think he's cool and representing us cajuns well.
He admits to being a chain smoker and smoked marijuana with his dad when he was 10.
He's from the Disney channel, so what is he like 12?
Who is this anyway? Why are you printing pre-teen stuff?
Who the xxxx cares?
I like this kid. He is definately going places. Besides TMZ, if all you can come up with on this guy is cigarette smoking....Give Me a Break!! He's handsome and talented and has not done anything stupid like most of these Hollywood actors. This one's a keeper!!
Who is this guy?
Is he the kid from the old tv show 3rd rock from the Sun?
For all you people who are asking...he played the lead actor in Transformers this summer.
#4..you are so right...the guy is a dork! Even my kids think he's annoying!
He's actually a talented actor and will only get better- if some of you would stop worshipping the Paris and Lindsey's of the world, you might know who he is.
Why should he be a role model for anybody? Just because these people have a job that puts them in the public eye, doesn't automatically make them role models. That's what's wrong with society now, making role models out of people that haven't done anything to deserve it. Furthermore TMZ you put him on the internet smoking a cigarette, maybe you should be more selective about what you show, if you want to call someone a role model. How many of us would have seen him smoking had it not been on this website?
He looks like a loser-townie type of guy.
You know the kind that has several cars up on cinder bocks in the driveway?
Amazing they keep throwing jobs and money at these guys.
As far as being a role model..don't look to Hollywood for role models...only cautionary tales.
He does not look like he put on 15 pounds of muscle anywhere.
He will be sucking wind doing all the running that is probably in the Indiana Jones movie..
Dear poster #15. My aunt, a registered nurse married to a doctor, never smoked a day in her life. She died of lung cancer at the age of 52. My next door neighbor started smoking when he got his first job. He was 8. He died at 97 years old. If he were here today, should he be miffed because he had to pay the same ridiculous insurance premiums as my aunt did?
Don't blame the smokers, the drinkers, and the obese for your premiums, blame the 10% of this country's population that earn 90% of this country's income. And while you're at it, stick your self righteous holier than thou head up your holier than thou BLEEP. Not all of us are perfect like you. I am a 6'2" 201 pound 42 year old non smoker who drinks about 6 beers a month and I say if the guy is old enough to buy them, then that's his business. Why don't you mind your own.
Oh come on TMZ, this is stupid for several reasons.
So what if he smokes! He's an adult and can choose for himself.
Role Model? Stephanie said it best, PARENTS are to be they're childrens role model NOT entertainers, so stop putting them on that pedestal and do your job of discernment and teaching.
I worked with Shia and will say he's probably the most grounded young adult celebrity out there, and far bigger then most that are acting like idiots, so leave it alone unless there's something worthy instead of trying to drudge up something moronic like this. Keep your fun but don't loose your cred in the process.
OMG...TMZ! is this really news? admittedly, shia should throw that cigarette away. but, please, this is not news!
