Paris Sues Hallmark -- You Care Enough to Rip Me Off

TMZ has obtained a lawsuit filed by Paris Hilton against Hallmark Cards, claiming they used her likeness without permission. Not cool!

In the lawsuit, filed yesterday in Federal District Court in Los Angeles, the heiress alleges Hallmark created a card entitled "Paris's First Day as a Waitress." The card features a picture of Paris' face superimposed over a cartoon of a waitress serving food that says "Don't touch that, it's hot. What's hot? That's hot."

Paris is suing for damages in excess of $100,000, claiming Hallmark "failed to properly obtain [her] approval." Guess not!

A rep for Hallmark told TMZ "Some of Hallmark's new humor greeting cards are parodies of today's most popular celebrities and politicians. These cards take a satirical look at news and gossip surrounding these public figures, including Paris Hilton, and we do not believe Hallmark has violated any of Ms. Hilton's rights."

20. I think Hilton may have more of a problem with the image this card represents now that she is “reinventing” herself through the help of that very expensive PR firm she recently hired.

“Someone should tell Ms Hilton “low profile” and being more mature doesn’t have restrictions like borders of other countries. Mature is a lifestyle, not just a sound byte.”

Despite her assertions in a recent interview with ELL UK that she was tired of the late-night clubbing and the unwanted paparazzi attention it attracts, she had arrived Toronto a only few days ago before she was spotted climbing up on a large speaker to dance, and partying until the wee hours of the morning at a club in Toronto.

24. all of a sudden she wants to sue, screw her, hell she told larry king she was going to open up a shelter for women and she hasn't done anything she said she would do. She is also all over the clubs again, dancing and drinking give me a break she aint gonna change. But if she does get money from this claim, she should give it to a charity, like for animal shelters.

Someone inform me because I haven't heard that her grandfather is going to cut her off. I think as long as she has her parents they will give her whatever she wants.
