"Secret Witness" in Britney Custody Case

TMZ has learned attorney Gloria Allred is on her way to court in the Britney Spears/K-Fed custody fight.

We're told Allred will inform the judge that she has a secret witness who wants to testify at the Sept. 17 hearing. Allred will tell the judge the witness is "intimidated" and concerned about revealing his/her identity (TMZ is told the person is a he).

Here's our take: Gloria's gonna be unceremoniously thrown out of court. We're told last Tuesday, K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, also informed Judge Scott Gordon that he had a "secret" witness. Judge Gordon basically said, "We don't do secret witnesses." Do Gloria and Mark have the same "secret" witness? It sure feels that way.

Britney's lawyer, disso-queen Laura Wasser, told TMZ: "With all due respect to Ms. Allred, she's attempting to bring her own ring to what was already a three ring circus."

22. I am SO SICK OF THIS BIT&#. ENough already. She does everything to stay in the media, how do you this waste of air got $250K just to show that ugly face of hers at LAX's opening. I can't wait to see the feedback of her future lipsinking. She can't dance, sing or do both at the same time. When is the last time she did something for charity? When is the last time she spent the entire day with her 2 sons? KFED get these kids...

26. Jeez TMZ....... And all other hater's of Brit. She is no worse a parent then K-fed who was whooping it up at the bars the whole time Brit was pregnant and after the baby "remember, there are pictures of him on every cover of every mag". He still is out there. Yes, we see her mistakes because the paps follow her everywhere and at all times. Not the ex-fed, cause he isn't all that interesting. Remember, all that he left his other two children to chase Britney "the money maker" OOP'S I guess that makes him the money chaser. To bad his children don't come first, but the almighty $ does for him!!
I feel sorry for them. You go Brit, your just an inexperienced Mom like I was, but you learn along the way. DON'T SHOW HIM THE MONEY.

27. In order for K-Fed to impress the court and judge with his parenting skill's, K-Fed should get a job and get off of Britney's payroll. He is a terrible example for his son's. They should not be subjected to living in an environment where the "responsible" parent is nothing more than a lazy leach. How horrible would it be for Britney's boy's to be raised by a man who married for money, won't work, can't live on $20.000 a month, fight's for custody because there are dollar sign's attached, depend's on his ex-wife financially and sue's her for more? K-Fed would be poison to those boy's. They would learn that greed and the gravy train is the way to go. At least Britney earned and earns her own living - she depend's on nobody but herself.

Now THAT is a good example for a child.

Good luck Britney. Get yourself on track and get Kevin off your back.

28. I still love Britney...Kevin is a loser who just wants more money. People are crazy if they actually think that those kids are going to be taken away from her. Kevin just likes the publicity to try to be the "Good Guy" to boost his own career since he never had anything without her.

30. I think K-fed just wants more cash. Even his own lawyer says he has "no net income" Apparently his $20K/month spousal support ends in November and the only way he can get more cash from Brit-brit is to increase his custody time with the boys. Ding-dang, y'all!!

Funny how last time he had them, he called Brit's parents to baby-sit while he went to Vegas to party.
