46. Good detective work Velocet...that is, if indeed you are right about the year that bottle label was last produced...and or if it is still on the market, or not.


But my main focus is on why she hasn't announced a lawsuit or lawsuits against the leaker or even asked a court to put an injunction in effect to stop the distribution of these picture(s)???

None of this is making any sense, and nobody in the press is asking the hard questions here, not even TMZ. Questions like??? Like, who is the leaker of these photos...and do they lawfully possess them...is this kiddie porn, and why hasn't Disney commented yet??? I haven't even heard a No comment statement reported by the press...or even a--Disney hasn't returned our calls, from reporters...which is the norm in situations like this???

What the hell is really going on here???

47. Pamela Anderson's porn tape and that of Paris Hilton...have only made them more famous, and better paid. Disney isn't paying Vanessa real money anyway...save for alot of nickle and diming. She could have leaked the pictures to get out of her contract in order to sign more lucractive deals with other studios. I mean posing nude and then intentionally releasing the photos can sure get you out of a contract from a children's movie series real fast!!!

But now, based on all this stuff not adding up...like why she would admit that it is her in the pictures when she could have lied, followed by an apology...and Disney being sucpiciously quiet about it...well, that leads me to believe that she didn't leak these photos. No, I think she is the victim of blackmail.


By just asking for a simple court order, she could have these pictures pulled off the net...at least from most web sites. It's called an injunction. She could also claim that the picture(s) were taken when she was under age...making it kiddie porn and thus illegal to distribute the picture(s)...however she has done none of that. She isn't fighting back, not one bit, with issues she is certain to win on in court almost immediately. She hasn't even asked that a judge to force the web sites who have leaked the picture to reveal the source...and if these are illegal pictures, no claim of a press shield protecting freedom of the press will work here. A judge would compell any web site out there to reveal their source, or face jail time and daily fines!!!

My point??? Something is wrong with the whole story!!! This is smelling more and more like a blackmail case...and I bet the FBI is all over it!!! And if that is true, you can bet there are even more explicit pictures out there, and perhaps video of Vanessa and others. I hope this is not true...but something isn't adding up about Vanessa's lack of action, in regard to taking court action to protect herself and Disney's suspicious lack of comment. So far, they have said nothing...as if awaiting an arrest or arrests, and or, the other shoe to drop--that being a second round of leaked images.

48. wow. why am i not surprised to see that coming for vanessa? ironically enough, disney was showing hsm 2 this weekend. what i got out of that was A) super lame, cheesy, yet annoyingly addictive. B) vanessa hudgens is WAY too sexy for disney (regardless of racy photos news) and should just go on her own, oh... NOW. she doesn't need disney anymore... she can go join all the other disney (female) alumnis like hillary, christina, lindsay, britney, et. al. (please don't be a rehab regular like lindsay and brit!)

49. young and full of life, she is the ad mans dream to promote, in any way, form or means. every follower of this gen of music is doing the same stupid behavior of prior eons. rebel, get arrested, get publicity, get money (most valuable) and end up hopefully with some children to leave when they drop dead of age or other demise. good luk babe, live it to the max!

Britney should worry about the photos. Omg, her hair is a complete mess just like her

life. She should be more concerned about K-Fed yaking her children away from her.

Instead all she wants his attention. Showing her butt and crouch to the world, gross.

Britney will never be the pop star that she once was. Even "Mindfreak" can't help her

get bacl all the fans she lost. He needs to stay far away from her before he ruins his

own career, even though he is as fake as she is.
