Today was the big day for Dannielynn Hope Marshall Birkhead, as she celebrated her first birthday in fabulous Kentucky style!
Hundreds of guests gathered at the Louisville home of Tricia Barnstable Brown -- a friend of Larry Birkhead. Guests had to surrender their cell phones before entering and sign a release form promising not to take any pictures. This party girl is exclusive!
The bash was not pint-sized like its honoree -- with a hot-air balloon shaped like a birthday cake in the front yard, along with a huge castle, bubble machines and a white carriage.
After a more tumultuous year than most adults endure in a lifetime -- Dannielynn seemed to enjoy her big day. Her mother, Anna Nicole Smith, died February 8, 2007.

God forbid Virgie Arthur getting near this child, She has already showed the public what she really is like, as far as Larrry, he is kid himself, playing with a doll, that he loves dearly, but all this childs and Larrys rights were proably sold before it was settled enough forLarry to get this child, so dont blame Larry for all of this publicity, DL's mom had all this set up with her life style from many years back, Larry is just carrying out the plan that was laid for this child. Larry had no idea all this would come about, he is just doing as he is told to do. Wouldn't you think he is a total "basket case" with his way of life living in fear of someone hurting this child or himself? If he had, had his way dont you bet it would be a quiet life back in Kentucky with family. Would you do any different if it were you.? We all can judge but we have not walked in his shoes. Lets give him thumbs up for stepping out and claiming this little one his. It tooks Guts to do that ,with all the others wanting to be her DAD.
WHAT DOES LARRY HAVE TO FORGIVE VIRGIE FOR. STILL TRYING TO TAKE HIS DAUGHTER AWAY FROM HIM, OR HAVING A PI FOLLOW HIM AROUND L.A. TO SEE IF SHE CAN GET SOME CRAP ON HIM. WAIT, MAYBE HE SHOULD FORGIVE HER FOR HER NOT SHOWING UP IN THE BAHAMAS FOR VISITAION AFTER SHE LOST CUSTODY THAT DAY. OR MAYBE BECAUSE SHE WANTED TO RUIN HIS REPUTAION HELPING RITA WRITE A BOOK WITHOUT ANY PROOF JUST HER WORD. YEAH, I THINK SHE SHOUD NEVER SEE THAT CHILD. AND I CAN BET YOU, SHE NEVER WILL EITHER.
How very sad and what a waste of money. oh wait it wont be a waste of money cuz Larry wants to make big bucks off this phony B party. He didnt do it for the baby , he did it for him and his wallet. What a piece of S--T he is. poor Dannilyn her dad cares more about money than her. after paying for this side show Larry is gonna have to find more ppl to sue
Ok, people, take it easy on her daddy now...that is exactly what happened to her mom, the media gave her mom a hard time, and then it trickled down to everybody else giving her mom a hard time which she could no longer deal with all of that negative publicity. Larry appears to be raising a bright, funny, very cute baby daughter. Leave him alone and let him raise her alone....
I can't help but think that all the people who trash Virgie Arthur have issues with their own mothers that they themselves can not deal with. They use Anna's mother as their scapegoat.
We are allowed to our opinions under the first amendment. Too bad if you don't like them. This isn't the I Love Larry blog crybabies.
I love my mother, and thankful that I do have a nice, sweet, caring mother too. Who is the lesser of the two evils? Virgie or Larry? Time will tell....
How do you know Vergie even wants to see the baby? If I where her I would know by now that all I could do for this baby is PRAY. She is growing up in a very corrupt environment. Before she is was even one was being used to sell mag. and this made money for the leaches around her. Anybody can make a baby. It takes a parent to protect and love their children. Larry has show the Public what his goals are. The next Big Shoot will be her first step at her mothers grave.
Does anyone know where a before and after picture is of Larry's nose job? Eh, rhinoplasty?
#51 I think it's the other way around. People that think Virgie is GREAT must have been raised in a Zoo. Virgie's whole family have issues. Even in Rita's book Virgie said Anna's father did rape 2 people in her family. I can see it now, Virgie gets custody Anna's father goes to court to see her also. Yep, this is what this child needs is a grandfather rapist, uncle rapist and God only knows what else that family has going for them. You can be mad at Larry for having a party, you can be mad at him for being friends with Howard. But anyone that thinks Virgie should have this child just shows me your insane. I would rather see Dannielyn raised by an APE in the L.A. ZOO before Virgie touching her.
