Cisco Adler sure knows how to party ... like a frat boy!
The Whitestarr frontman was seen wandering through the lobby of the Palms hotel last night after the VMAs -- with a funnel in his hand! He turned to our cameraman and yelled, "We're going back to college tonight!"
Back? Hard to believe Cisco even went to college in the first place.

6. Oh wait, I remember now. He's some local LA loser in a loser local rock band, and I guess Paris Hilton added him to the incredibly long list of losers she's had sex with, because pictures of him and his deformed genitals were found in her storage unit. TMZ, is that really sufficient reason to treat him like a celebrity? Geez, what a complete waste of time.
