31. It has been too long. Daniel's death needs to be investigated fully.

Why did this young man die so young?

Authorities need to get on this before the evidence gets too old, or covered up.

34. Why is there nobody stepping in to get that inquest done? Where is the law in that miserable country? Sure, go to the Bahamas, you'll end up dead, and nobody will do a thing about it! Somebody got away with double homocides and that's why they are still there. Apparently the law doesn't check up on it's unsavory citizens. Why doesn't Stern come back to the states where his family is? Because he wants to be with Anna? Yea, right! What good is he doing her now, or vice versa? Something stinks on those islands, and it's not the smell of fish!

Remembering the first moment i learned the sad news , on HOWARD STERN , my heart dropped a little and my first thoughts were: this will be the end of ANNA , she can't survive this tragedy ,, i prayed i was wrong, just a silly idea , but she was so vulnerable and gentle spirited-- why don't we talk about that aspect of her ?

And though i never met her , it came across clearly how dear and sweet she was ; and of

36. Both Daniel and Anna were adults who intentionally abused drugs and died as a result of that. There is no reason to feel sorry for either one of them.

40. You all keep asking why he died so young. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. A chip off th old block. He watched his mom eat drugs like average people eat food so he in turn was addicted and lived his life for getting high as well. It caught up wih him.
Want to know why there will be no inquest?? Because authorities know this.

41. Since then, the inquest has never had the time to fully proceed, especially after concern was raised when Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez spoke to the international press about private details of the case.

In July Supreme Court Justice John Lyons dismissed Gomez as coroner in the case.

Who will preside over the inquest and exactly when it will begin is still not clear.

if he spoke about private details of the case, nobody else heard him. that's not good enough to delay the inquest,indefinitely!!!!!!!!!!

42. This is a sad story of two people who had no idea as to the repercussions of mixing drugs. They both overdosed accidently. The world is so full of negative conspiracy theorists, that this story is able to go on and on and on. Networks, magazines, websites, newspapers and individuals are making bundles. The looney toons are clicking and buying and viewing and complaning that so many are making so much money, yet the are the fuel that is firing this.

Bikhead is wise to be securing his future, as is Stern. Whatever their motivations, it is no ones business, and they are certainly not sharing their business with the loony toons. Good for them. God rest the souls of Anna and her son.

43. Daniel didn't arrive in the Bahamas 2 days earlier. He just got there less than 12 hours before he died.

You need to get the facts straight if you're going to keep reporting these things. My heart goes out to Danny's family Virgie Arthur and Billy Smith on this sad day. We are praying for the inquest to begin soon so that his family can have some closure.

44. Larry you could easily win the public over again if you come clean. Tell us all how hard it was to be in the closet and how you feared what your Baptist family would think. Tell us how you were only waiting until the Bahamas granted you full custody of DL before you acknowledged your bi-sexuailty. Tell everyone how intimidated you were of Howard and that you feared retalliation from Howard that he would hurt you or DL. If these suggestions are true people will understand and embrace you again, but if this is not true than you are a dirtball and you are just as bad as Howard.

Daniel was a sweet boy and a lonely soul. May both he and his mother find the eternal peace, joy and happiness that alluded them in life.

Rest in peace sweet Daniel ....you are not forgotten. May you and your mom come home some day to rest in peace in the land that you loved.
