70. R.I.P. .................. DANIEL WAYNE SMITH.... How sad this is that Dannilynn celebrates her 1st birthday and brothers anniversary of his passing. My heart goes out to VIRGIE ARTHUR AND HER FAMILY. Keep strong Virgie and Dannilynn. Justice will come, maybe not today, but in the future. Hold your head high Virgie you did nothing wrong.

71. i cant believe its been a year. what happened to Daniel and ANS for that matter is just plain sad. i hope if anyone had anything to do with either of these deaths, they are punished in life and death. that sweet young man didnt deserve to die so young. i hope their together and happy. i cant imagine the pain ANS was in after her child died. brings tears to my eyes now even thinking about that even happening to my 2 young girls. that is a pain that no drug would ever stop. now I hope dannielynn is taken good care of.

73. May I say how good it was to see Daniel remembered here on TMZ tonight......you did the right thing and I respect you for that...despite the rather biased coverage towards Stern & co

I hope and pray that Daniels inquest begins soon

God Bless the poor lad what happened to him and his mom has had a profound effect on many people .

And may God care for those he left behind in thier grief

I also hope Daniel & his mother are returned to to buried together in the USA
As there are no relatives to my knowledge who live in the Bahamas

Yes Daniel died of an over dose, but I don't believe he took the drugs himself, or he would not of asked, why he was so tired. If he took them himself, he would have KNOWN why he was so tired, and not have asked that. I believe someone in the room GAVE him the over dose, and it WAS NOT HIS MOTHER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The only other person in the room WAS
HOWAED K. STERN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

75. This whole story is so depressing. Anna Nicole's life was so tragic and the death of her and her son at such young ages is sad. I can't believe it's already one year. This anniversary and the anniversary of 9/11 really makes me appreciate my life.
