Thank you! I have enjoyed your posts. I think every conscientious American needs to take

these threats very, very seriously! I did some research and I became even more sensitive

to the threats. I immediately talked to my grandchildren about never making threats even

in jest. Internet threats have become a great concern because of high school children

getting angry at other's that they met in chat rooms and they harassed and made threats on

the Internet. They published private information about those student on the Internet. The

schools are responding and the authorities are responding. Believe me, this is a threat

that has been taken seriously by me and my family. Look at the sequence os events. I find

this very, very suspicious.

1. Someone named Sun sold the IP Addys of her private chat room to Lin Wood.

2. Whack's and other's private information is posted on the Internet.

3. Post's that were on that private chat room have been posted and reposted.

4. Someone make threats against me and other's stating that they had my IP Address.

This is serious. Just how far are these people willing to go. I have information that

proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that Howard K. Stern intentionally caused Anna Nicole's

death.

Remember how some would post time and time again that Howard was a smart, smart man. Well,

guess what, he made a mistake and I found it. And I have told everybody I know that

secret. It is a puzzle and all you have to do is put the little pieces together. I am

afraid he is not that smart.

And I will promise you Retired Soldier, that someday that truth will be staring Howard K.

Stern in the face. I want you to know that I worked very hard to make sure that it was

true before I made the statements that I have stated every since it was reported that HKS

could be suicidal. I thought of how horrible I would feel if he was innocent. So I

studied and researched and studied some more. I looked at each piece of evidence as black

or white, proved or not proved, and true or false. No "he-said-she-said" or maybe's. I

dismissed anything that was not doc*mented. I would not say that Howard K. Stern is a

murderer if I did not know he was.

I believe that is why I have been threatened and that is why my computer systems were

attacked. And my computer's are constantly issuing me messages that some unknown is trying

to break into my system. I take this threat very serious, Retired soldier. I take it very

seriously indeed!

I really miss seeing your post Retired Soldiers. Thank you, again for your support.

Mrs. Marple....please be very careful about what you believe. I realize you do not know Sun but I do and what is being done to her is wrong. You are being fed lies. You will find out in time that you were and will you openly apologize to Sun? Will the rest of you?

She has been dealing with a family member in critical care for the last few weeks! This crap is the last thing on her mind! You all have been well aware of this and yet continue to WRONGLY accuse her of selling IP addies and chat room transcrpits!! This has gone too far! It is insane!

You posted that internet threats are serious and they are...I was also one of the people being threatened by that nut with the "bullits" who has my IP addy and says they know where I live!
There are some very sick people on the internet!! I have sure seen my share of them in the short time I have been blogging in this saga.

You say that Whack's and some other's private information has been posted all over the internet? What about what has been put out about Sun? Some nut, and I know who it is, even went so far as to make a web site and posted all over that it was Sun's web site and it wasn't! Ask Whack if she knows who that might be...tell her to think back....it'll come to her. Who even knows how to make a web site? I sure the hell don't. Who would go so far to smear someone like that? What is wrong with them? You need to ask yourself that. What about others not from the "Cave" that have been bashed on here and had private info put on the internet??

What private chat room transcripts have been posted them and who did it? Do you know? Are you talking about from that Topix web site? That is not a chat room, that is a forum that the whole world can read. If you are talking about chat room transcripts from Sun's room, I only heard about one time where they were posted and I know who did it and it wasn't any of the regulars from Sun's room! Maybe ask those in the "Cave" who it was. See if anyone will admit it.
It was people from the Cave coming into Sun's room not us going to yours. Sun even sent Whack a very nice email. I'm sure you heard about it or saw it since we heard Whack posted it in her chat room for all to read.
We are all tired of the bashing that has been heaped on Sun, who by the way, does not even post on TMZ!
We are also tired of anyone being bashed...from either side.
This is not what this is supposed to be about.
People have turned paranoid and downright nasty. You said you talked to your grandchildren about not making threats on the internet. You also need to talk to them about "Internet Bullying" which is what is happening here by men and women...not children! It's pathetic.
I have always liked you Mrs. Marple and was shocked when I read your post. At first I thought someone was pretending to be you. What is happening with everyone? We are all on the same side wanting justice for Anna, Daniel, Vergie and Dannielynn!
We all need to quit the bullying, threats and mind games and stick to the topic....both sides.
Be an example for your children and grandchildren not a hypocrite...and that is not directed at you but to everyone posting here.
Now we'll see what happens. The choice is yours to make.

I'm sure that the holiday season is a very difficult time for you. And with the second leg of the inquest coming up, we'd like to take this opportunity to extend to you our support and best wishes. You have demonstrated a great strength in the face of more sorrow than most of us can imagine. You have endured ridicule and abuse that would cause a woman of lesser character to stop her fight for justice. We truly admire your strength and courage.

Most of us that blog here can't afford the time or money to attend the inquest. So we send to you our best wishes, and our prayers. May the facts come out and justice be served. Know that you take many of us with you in spirit as you journey to the Bahamas once again. Have courage and faith Mrs. Arthur. Justice will prevail!

In a last ditch effort to turn suspicion spun in Texas into prison stripes for Howard K. Stern, The Bald Truth has learned Team Virgie suffered a major defeat when Florida prosecutors slammed the door on Don Clark’s desperate plea for a meeting to lay out a theory “supporting our claim of possible foul play” in the death of Anna Nicole Smith.

According to letters obtained exclusively by The Bald Truth, Clark invoked the full weight of his FBI career and status as a television “news analyst”— to pressure prosecutors to crank up a brand new “independent criminal investigation into the death of Anna Nicole Smith.”

That’s what Clark wrote July 23, billing himself as “investigative strategist and jury consultant” for legendary Texas litigator John 0’Quinn.

“By way of a brief introduction, I am Don. K. Clark, a retired FBI Special Agent in Charge (SAC) of FBI’s Criminal Division in New York City, San Antonio and the Houston, Texas FBI divisions,” he writes. “I retired from the FBI in 2000 and joined The O’Quinn Law Firm. I am also a contract news analyst covering law enforcement, counterterrorism and security issues.”

Now that he’d “become heavily involved in the Anna Nicole Smith case,” Clark was volunteering to personally fly in with “members of our team…” and make a presentation supporting our claim of possible foul play in her death,” and basically prove how locals had blown the babe murder of the century.

Sorry, Don.

As politely as he could put it, veteran assistant state attorney and Broward’s chief homicide prosecutor Brian Cavanaugh, tried to let him down easy. He’d overseen the exhaustive probe by the county medical examiner, Seminole Police and other detectives who determined the ex-Playboy centerfold died of an accidental overdose at the Hollywood, Fla. Hardrock Hotel.

Along the way, he’d scratched his head over how to delve into Anna Nicole’s computer for clues after retrieving the purloined laptop from Ford Shelley’s county sheriff in South Carolina, where the son of a legendary used car salesman and so called Anna Nicole friend had dumped his booty after taking it from her Horizons home the day after she died, but not before copying the hard drive.

Now Cavanaugh was staring at a possible treasure trove of evidence…according to sources who described his dilemma, but how could he rule foul play in our out without probable cause to convince a judge to issue a search warrant and dive in…unless the estate executor, Howard K. Stern, gave the okay? But would a killer do that? Stern did.

Meanwhile, as he heard screaming from talk shows hosted by the likes of Rita Cosby and others, Cavanaugh saw no overtones or evidence of foul play; he was finding no smoking guns, video or live witness to say someone held Anna’s head and forced her to chug-a-lug deadly chloral hydrate…The only thing he smelled, according to those who know him, was a foul aroma wafting from Clark’s letter, that also applauded an investigation into “allegations of impropriety against Judge Larry Seidlin.”

Seidlin, of course, had ruled against Virgie Arthur’s request that Anna’s body be buried in Texas, against her daughter’s wishes, and Virgie had not forgotten.

Only, Cavanaugh hadn’t fallen off the turnip truck yesterday. He’d spent years dissecting and prosecuting murders in South Florida, a land as bloody, bizarre and political as it comes…the prosecutor chosen to nail the killers of the cruise ship owner connected to a White House lobbyist named Jack Abramoff. A native New Yorker, his father was the legendary NYPD homocide detective who inspired the television series, “Kojak.”

Cavanaugh loved coaching kids, and everyone called him “coach.”

To hear locals tell it, he’s as smart and fair as they come, but never invested a penny in the Brooklyn Bridge. Politely, he told the FBI veteran to put up or shut up.

“We asked, ‘Where’s the beef?’” Cavanaugh told sources privy to the negotiations. “Like the old Wendy’s commercial, we looked between the bun and couldn’t find any.”

In his August 2 letter in reply, also obtained by The Bald Truth under an open records request, Cavanaugh invited Clark to turn over any “legitimate evidence of probative value” to his office and Dr. Joshua Perper, the highly regarded Broward Medical Examiner who had announced their accidental overdose findings months earlier.

He waited, and waited. No legitimate evidence was offered, sources tell me.

Dr. Perper patiently laid it out again; shrugging off talk show barbs, even telling me he’d met with Bahamian police and told them he saw no evidence tying Smith’s death to that of her son, Daniel, except a broken heart that was on the mend. He’d taken plenty of hair and tissue samples and saw no reason for any exhumation request. Barely able to contain his irritation, but ever the good sport, he bantered with Geraldo, then he was off to give a speech to the country’s top medical examiners in Savannah, Georgia. He was their star.

Now, Clark was on the phone asking Cavanaugh for a face to face meeting, between his team and the prosecutor’s.

Only Cavanaugh, sources tell me, had been watching the full court hype from Texas, attacking every aspect of the Florida investigation after the fact with talk show disinformation and bogus bloggers.

He figured, no good would come of such a meeting, that it might, in fact, be used to declare a Texas victory where there was not one yet, or even close, in Florida.

In fact, Cavanaugh’s task force figured they’d not only nailed the cause of death, but the manner of hype. Don Clark’s boss, John O’Quinn, of course, had been calling Stern a murderer on national TV, a man they believed to be innocent, or at least had no evidence to come close to cuffing.

A defamation suit against the Texas lawyer was brewing, but there was one thing that would surely make it go away, legal experts tell me: if Stern were charged with something, anything criminal.

And even though he may be just a state prosecutor with the 17th Judicial Circuit, perhaps looked down on by mighty FBI types as backwoods boys, Cavanaugh did know one thing. He would not be laid, relayed or parlayed into gator bait for the sake of Team Virgie, when his investigation concluded justice had been done.

Unless, of course, Clark did uncover down the road real evidence of value that dictated another look, at which time, he wrote, “the merits of your presentation might be explored.”
