34. I was with Mr. Jackson that night. Let me set the record straight... he was with a party of six people, and the two ladies were each with a male companion. You dont see them because they are not famous of course! Secondly, Joe was not turned away... the promoters recognized him and tried to make him pay $2000 bucks to get in, for "bottle service". Joe then refused to pay $2000 dollars to go inside of a club that was closing in 45 minutes! The way the media portrays things is ridiculous. For God's sake, the man's bedroom in each of his HOMES is larger than that club! Since when is it a crime to go out to a nightclub? Anyone ever heard of Hugh Hefner?

35. I think old Joe should be thinking about hiring a hotshot civil rights lawyer to take the discriminatory policy of this joint to task. This sure appears to be an excellent example of an admission policy that discriminates against the elderly. Unless a nightclub is a private membership key club, I really don't know how they get away with a discriminatory admission policy without someone challenging them in court.

41. #15 diana. You claim the mother of the child who was molested was after money. Well, she never sued Jackson. Are you saying she was after more welfare money? The publicity of the case caused the authorities to pursue her for welfare fraud. She wound up with less money, a boy who was molested (and there is no justice for him) and Jackson remains free to molest more children. He's probably abusing the ones he "calls his own" (who are not biologically his). Wake up and face the facts. Jacko is a pervert and should be in jail.

43. Facts:

Mr. Jackson refused to spend USD 1500 to buy 3 bottles at that establishment. (A requirement to receive a table and seating). He preferred giving that away to the homeless. His exact words "I've been too long in this business to waste money like this. I would rather give it to the needy". He didn't give a damn what the press there would say. He turned and walked away.

Secondly the ladies with him are all Singers. A group he has been promoting for the past 6 years in Asia. His interest was in promoting them.

That incident with Lori NEVER Happened. The Big house you mention belongs to Mr. Nico Santucci a friend of Mr. Jackson. The whole event from start to finish was Filmed for European TV. A lawyer will be contacting her Sister

Here in the USA we have what is called "Innocent until proven Guilty". Those are the standards set by our constitution. Everyone is entitled to their opinions. But as Diana put it best. Just because someone accuses you of being an idiot doesn't make you an idiot, unless I can prove that in court. Michael was not Proven Guilty, Period.

If you can't live with it, change our constitution or get out of America. But as long as he remains a US Citizen, he has the right to sue anyone saying the latter for deformation of character. .

44. #40. I never got how Michael's kids look more white than mixed. If he had kids with Debbie and another with a different white woman what are the odds all these kids look the way they do being Michael bleaches his skin. Mike was dark. Usually a kid will show some signs of being mixed. Either alittle more tan or more texure in the hair.
