Judge to Bach: You Better Get a Movin'!

Pamela BachTMZ was in court today as a judge told a sobbing Pamela Bach she'll need to move out of her house ... or show up in court as planned on October 1!

Bach had requested a delay of the financial trial with her ex, David Hasselhoff, so her accountants can review what she says are multiple boxes of the Hoff's financial documents. Bach is also requesting additional spousal and child support.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Mark Juhas said today he could find no legal reason for a trial to be delayed beyond October 1, but agreed to allow it, providing Bach moves out of the home she once shared with the "Baywatch" star. Everything you own in a box to the left! Bach has until Wednesday to decide what she's going to do.

Hasselhoff has sole legal and primary physical custody of the couple's daughters, Taylor, 17, and Hayley, 15.

18. Well now all you idiots see it wasn't Debra's fault why Pam lost her bid for custody. The woman is a basket case! No judge is going to give a woman custody who refuses a drug test. Debra O is still number 1 in my book. That ungrateful Miss Larry Birkhead can go to hell with her new/old buddies Stern and Rale as far as I am concerned.

20. Why is it any of our business? I want to hear about the movies being made, being released, who is starring in what. I don't want to hear about what goes on in the celebrity private life. It just ain't my business. I've got my own life thank you very much I don't need to hear mud slinging from celebrities. It totally destroys my movie image of them. I don't want to know them I just want to watch their movies.

22. Child Support is only paid to the custodial parent of the children, which is Hoff. The woman obviously needs to money to support her drug habit. Like a dime would ever go to the kids.

Her visitation needs to be restricted and certainly supervised. And if she keeps going on like this, her parental rights need to be stripped.

25. Pamela needs to put as much effort into building her resume, or acquiring job training.
Chickens are coming home to roost. Hasselhoff ought to see that she has enough to live on properly, out of respect to their years of marriage with her supporting him as well as for their children's mental well being. It's the right thing to do. She's not some old used car you toss at the dump. She may be acting as she is because she might be terribly afraid after something he may have said to her about her future finances. Drunks can be particularly nasty and mean. It should be 50% Marital assets for the years spent as a couple. She's a person who also invested in good faith. I wonder how Dave will step up.

27. How do you get child support for kids you DON'T have custody of???? Is this a california thing???

28. so, if he has sole physical and primary custody WHY is she requesting child support? Usually the primary gets it from the non-primary! I mean, tell her Burger King or McDonalds is ALWAYS hiring! At least he is getting help for his issues...she's another train wreck.

30. I do agree that David should give her some sort of spousal support or financial settlement as they have been married for a couple of years and for the fact that she bore his children that he seems to love and adore so much. But the girl has to be seriously on some kind of drugs or medication if she expects child support for kids that are not in her custody. If David was a woman and she were a man, everybody would be outraged at such a demand!
