Lane Garrison's Prison Break

Lane GarrisonTMZ has learned that actor Lane Garrison has been moved back to Twin Towers jail in downtown Los Angeles.

Terry Thornton, spokeswoman for the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation tells TMZ, "Lane Garrison has completed his diagnosis testing and was sent back to L.A. County Jail to await a judge's decision."

Garrison, who pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter in May, had been moved last month to the California Institute for Men, the state prison in Chino, Calif. to undergo a psychological evaluation to determine if he's suitable for probation.

Garrison was driving drunk on the night of December 2, 2006, when he crashed his Range Rover, killing 17-year-old Vahagn Setian. Two teenage girls in the car were seriously injured.

Garrison's official sentencing hearing will be October 31.

21. babydoll you have my sympathy. I lost my 19year old neice years ago and it still hurts. I also happen to be in recovery for many years. I had to go to jail to wake up before I killed or maimed an innocent person. All thanks to God!

22. This is a tragedy for all concerned. Lane Garrison should not have been behind the wheel, and a young man is dead as a result of his actions. Unlike others, however, he has taken full responsibility for his actions and expressed his willingness to accept whatever punishment meted out as fair and just. I, too, have mixed feelings about hard prison time for him. It's up to the judge - I'm glad It's not my decision to make.

23. i hope he gets probation... i do think he's truly remorseful and didnt even try to plea bargain..

and for all you that said he's getting a lesser sentence because he was on tv, if you were on his situation you'll probably get about the same if you had a clean record and act humbly and show remorse... this guy was never caught doing anything else...

24. What choice does he have but to accept his fate? He drove under the influence of alcohol and cocaine and killed a seventeen year old kid. It is a travesty of justice if he is released after only serving ninety days; and I bet if the situation was reversed and someone killed an actor, they would be looking at for more years in prison.

25. I believe that Lane is suffering beyond anything. Put him down, make snarky comments if it makes you feel better or that you are perfect....he has to live with what has happened. He doesn't take it lightly and there is nothing he can do to change what happened. How are you helping by being cruel? Doesn't help anyone....

Most of you have just been lucky, I bet....that you didn't hurt someone when you were intoxicated......Maybe this will wake YOU up.........

Glass houses........

27. I feel so bad for everyone in this situation..
Lane was an actor on Prison break people..does anyone not remember??
He seems like he is really messed up from this whole situation and I know he deserves it, but people should treat him with a little more respect than that..do you realize how many people in the United States there are that drink and drive and don't get caught??
Think about it!
He has to live with the fact that he took someone elses life, and due his time and learn from that...

28. At least he admitted guilt and did say he deserved to go to jail. I think he needs to do more time, but this guy truly has a sense of remorse, and will carry this the rest of his life.

Howcome no charges for Brandy, and that other woman who killed soemone with their vehicles for reckless driving. The other woman was the star of Felicity.

30. He is just a kid and he maid a huge mistake i think he realy should pay for his mistake but putting someone in prison is not gonna return the dead kid, i think he should pay like a million dollar to the family for 17 years and put him on probation for 17 years as well
