Yes, I heard this too! This was the only reason I wanted to watch the beginning act, I thought she was supposed to do something spectacular with Chris Angel. I'm sure it would have been great and he is also a wonderful magician.

I wish for more people to know about this, so that they can stop 'already' with the negative comments about Britney performance (esp. the ones who know nothing about performing or all the hard work and anxieties that go with it)!!!

I don't like Britney Spears' music. However, while her performance may have been a little rusty, she did not totally "bomb" at the VMA's. People are saying that she should've worn a different outfit. She is a performer, she couldn't have gotten up there in a nun's habit. If she had worn something less revealing, then the same people would be saying that she was trying to cover up how much weight she's gained. By most standards, she isn't in any way overweight. People are saying that her career is over and that she should just get out of the media limelight. People are keeping her famous by talking about her. The media makes things seem much worse than they really are. People WANTED her to look bad at the VMA's. Sarah Silverman should not have been allowed to talk about Spears' children. I wish Britney would have pulled a Kid Rock and knocked her out.

I think she could make a comeback. She just attempted it too soon. The producers at MTV should be ashamed of themselves for letting her open. It was a publicity stunt. Obviously, she was not ready. But like I said, she wasn't as horrid as everybody is making it seem. Instead of bashing her, people should be trying to help her. People make mistakes. No one is perfect. I just don't like the comments that i've seen on here about her being fat. Granted, the outfit she wore did not make her look the best. But what people don't understand is that most of the time, performers don't pick what they wear while on stage. Someone does it for them. All that aside, I bet there isn't one person on here that would look half as good as she did in the outfit. People should stop judging her. If you don't like her music, don't listen to it. If you don't like what she looks like, don't watch her on television.

I think that everybody should quit raggin on Britney Spears. Look as if she hasn't been through a lot we have to bring her down even more. Yeah she has been acting out of control But why don't we get the girl some help? Send her to rehab or charm school or whatever. She had the courage to put herself out there and so what if she made a mistake. SHE IS HUMAN JUST LIKE THE REST OF US! People screw up. So while you point the finger at her judging her somebody else is doing the same to you. People grow up.
