Britney Spears was allegedly sippin' margaritas rather than working to get her moves down while rehearsing her zombie "performance" this weekend, and her dancers were literally praying for salvation before their performance -- because they knew it was going to be a disaster.

Page Six -- and others -- report that Britney showed up to her Saturday rehearsal hours late, and she did it "with a frozen margarita in her hand." And when she actually did manage to practice, it was clear that she would bring the whole number down with her. "The dance number was spectacular -- without her," says a spy. "Britney ... refused to do anything. The more complicated dance moves had to be erased because she couldn't do them."

As for her widely-ridiculed wardrobe choice, the Post says that MTV had picked out a corset outfit, but Spears nixed it as "not sexy enough."

Who needs a chi-chi loft or a fancy tent when you can put on your fashion show in the middle of a grimy bus station? Not Tyra Banks, that's for sure. Dina Lohan more or less spat back at Jodie Foster for calling her out as an absentee -- or worse, exploitative -- mom to 24Sizzler.com, telling Jodie, "Don't ridicule me publicly! She should know how the press twists the truth! Don't judge without facts!" ... Actress Anna Falchi tells CYInterview.com that she's worked with Cindy Crawford, and that she has to work harder because she's so beautiful.

Please don't even compare Ashlees mistakes to Britneys. Britney is a HUGE WRECK of a woman who keeps messing up continually! AND seems to have a rampant substance abuse issue.
Ashlee had a couple bad shows in the past b/c she was inexperienced and is nowhere near like BritBomb.

92. Ya know I was just sitting here noticing that we are so much more focused on Britney than we are the fact that it is 9/11. Sure her performance was terrible, put picking on her because of the way she looked, or she wasn't "perfect" to Hollywood standards. I would kill to have her body, I have had one child and my body will never be the same. She has two and I would kill for her body. I feel so sorry for the people that have no respect for themselves to pick on someone else. Do something better with your time.

95. Anyone that comments on her being out of shape is OBVIOUSLY someone that has not cracked out two kids. SHE LOOKS GREAT! However, it is NOT breaking news that she is a "no talent". The girl has NEVER been able to sing and she KNOWS that so this shoud not be shocking. She could put on a damn good show though. You can't blame anyone around Brit for her actions. She is a grown a$$ woman that has made her own decisions and has to live with her consequences. No one can say they would have handled her situation any better because you are NOT her and have no idea what she is going through. I say leave the girl alone before she is pushed to do something tragic. It appears the media and gossip columnists alike won't be satisfied until she ends her life. BACK OFF! Turn the camera on your own body/shape and talents (or lack thereof) of talking about people. Pathetic. All of you.

96. "everyone saying she is fat please an eighteen year old without giving birth could not look that good,"..........................you're kidding right? Uhhh.....we all remember the 18 year old Brittany who hadn't given birth. And she didn't look like that.......Look, I don't think she looked as fat as everyone is saying, but she didn't look good. The wardrobe choice was a very bad one. And " Noone can look that good after two children".... I believe someone has already listed celebrities who look great after at least two children. Add to that those women are in their 30's or more. Britttany, as a celebrity, has no excuse. Yeah, she looked great for a mother of two.....from the suburbs. Not an entertainer.

100. I agree with comment #1 - Marilyn Monroe, Anna Nicole and now Britney Spears.

All of my friends and I have a running bet as to how long before she attempts suicide. She will not make it throgh the remainder of this year. She is spiraling out of control, she has C R A Z Y eyes, she makes mistake after mistake which is an obvious sign of deep depression and she's not doing too well in the "Mother of the Year" contest.

Hope someone loves her enough to intervene - OOH, idea for new reality show!!

102. Haha! I'm glad she performed on the MTV Music Awards. It's great watching her destroy her career. She's gonna have to get a job somewhere though, maybe McDonald's will hire her. Hopefully they will cuz K-Fed needs his child support.

103. She won't do harm to herself on purpose, remember, she thinks she in control. She can' t see there is a problem. If something tragic happens to her it will be very similar to what has happened many times in the past with Hollywood. Accidental overdose.

104. I no longer have any sympathy for her. At first I thought 'ole girl's a bit rusty. She DID take some time off to have a couple of kids so let's give her a chance.' No more. It was blatantly obvious that she didn't take this performance seriously, intentionally missing rehersals, refusing to listen to her 'handlers', forgetting the fine art of lip synching, et al.
She needs to take responsibility for her actions and for the state of her life. No one has forced drinks into her hand, no one has forced her to hit the town, no one has ripped her undies off of her and told her to step out of car flashing her bits for the whole world to see. At 25 she needs to grow up and realize her 'fans' will only tolerate and forgive so much.....and they've hit the breaking point.

105. Come on, Dina Lohan! You cannot be serious! Regular moms do not go to bars and "hang out" with their daughters, especially when they know the daughter has an alcohol problem. You need to get over yourself. Jodie is a well-respected actress, and even though I do not really agree with her lifestyle, she is a wonderful mom, who has given up jobs to take care of her children. The problem is Jodie told the truth, and you cannot take it because it would mean admitting you have made some horrible mistakes. You do not see Jodie trying to hog the spotlight like yourself. Another problem is Jodie has real talent and with you, there is none. You live your life through your children, and that is just plain wrong.
