I can't believe you think my comment was comparing "life or death" situations..

I was comparing WHAT YOU CHOOSE FOR A PROFESSION and the duties you are expected to uphold.

This was ONE lady..not a mob...and honestly I have no respect for this man after I saw the way he treated her. He is from Texas and went on and on about his Shouthern Gentleman ways that he stated helped get him cast for that space movie with Jodi Foster..sorry can't remember the title.

Bottom line is...he's an ass and it shows!

95. To hell with all of you stupid asses for calling this lady a "stalker"... really, how dumb can you be?

She waited outside the restaurant so she wouldn't bother him with his dinner and politely asked if she could have a photo with him. He said no and she walked backed to her car... How the hell is that a stalker? You people are really pathetic in your thought processes..people who really blow things out of proportion.

And for those of you commenting on the nurse who posted and someone said how would they know unless it's stamped across her head...IDIOTS it's an oath that nurses and doctors have to take to render help when someone is in need...if she did nothing and someone KNEW she was a nurse, YES SHE COULD BE SUED just like the nurse in California was sued in 2003 for not performing CPR on a person who had a heart attack at a kids football game.

It's Genie...and actually it would be acceptable for a dr. or lawyer to use the term Advise versus advice because they "Advise" clients...yes, they also offer "advice" I see nothing wrong with either post.

101. He chose to be an actor, that doesn't give the rest of the world the right to invade his private life. Somewhere along the line society decided it was o.k. to stalk and harrass celebrities, well it's not o.k. If it were anyone else they were stalking they would be thrown in jail. Why is it the photographers that sit for hours on end, day after day watching certain celebrities aren't arrested for stalking? Give them their privacy.

The Dr. & Lawyer did not use the word correctly. Just because they are both words does not mean you can use them however you want. Yes, they both give advice and advise people, but do they advice people or give advise?? NO. See the difference. Not only is it wrong, it sounds uneducated........

KTee - the issue is not the paps stalking matt. the issue is matt not allowing this "lone fan" a simple pic ... after giving her the once-over. he shouldn't have to worry much longer, though. just like brit, he's a has-been, and from the looks of this video his looks are fading with time. he may have the body of a 20-something, but his face says he needs to stay out of the sun ... unless the new plastic surgery consists of replacing leathery skin while you get your hair plugs
