The Knowles-Rowland Temenos Place Apartments will be a 43 unit, single room occupancy housing facility for men and women who are taking steps to improve their lives, after traumatic events of both natural and personal disasters. Save a spot for Britney!
31. This is such positive, wonderful news. But there are celebrites like these girls who have been doing great deeds such as this for years -- but shy away from media attention about their work with good causes. (Talk about character!) I only wish we could hear more stories like these.
32. Beyonce does a lot for Houston - she already has some kind of charity in the Inner Loop, it's a big building off I-45 by the Medical center. And she has participated in many food drives with the pastor of her church. She is a Houstonian we are very proud of!

With all of the negative press a lot of other girls are generating, its good to see that these girls seem to have their heads on straight and are trying to make a difference in other peoples lives.
38. Wow! this is really cool, my hat is off to those women! I wish that TMZ would not have used the story of these two terrific ladies to make one of their endless unkind remarks about another performer. It is an uplifting story, and a mean swipe by TMZ has no place in such a great story.
This is what these stars SHOULD be doing with their money. Angelina Jolie....take a page from this handbook. Charity starts at home and there are more than PLENTY of adults and kids in the U.S. that could use a helping hand!
