Ex-Hoff to Judge: I'm Movin'

The bitter divorce battle between David Hasselhoff and Pamela Bach had another surprise twist today. TMZ has learned that Pam has decided to move out of the family residence in Encino, Calif. -- just to get the former couple's financial trial delayed beyond October 1.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Mark Juhas told Bach on Monday that he would agree to postpone the trial if she vacated the property so David can move back in with their two teenage daughters, Taylor, 17, and Hayley, 15. The ex-Hoff has until October 1 to pack and go.

Hasselhoff has sole legal and primary custody of the girls. The trial -- which will divide the former couple's assets -- is now scheduled for January 28 of next year. Stay tuned!

16. Seeking Justice @ # 1, No Pamela Bach is not paying any child support, David was paying her for child custody till the Hoff got the cutody . In spite of him having full and sole custody this ugly loser bitch is asking for alimony plus child custody which is really ridiculous and I guess it is also funny at the same token. She has some nerve!

18. Seeing their mom turfed is not good for their kids mental well being. They are watching how he treats her here, and she him. Mr. Hasselhoff will do far better all around to take the high road; she is not an old shirt. The parents need to work together to minimize damage to the kids. She can live elsewhere, but I hope he recognizes the years she dedicated to him and the children while he was Mr. Baywatch bigshot and beyond. If they both just calmed down and treated one another with respect while acknowledging the demise of the marriage, it would go far better for both of them and the children. So sad for all of them. What's he made of? What's she made of? If they stopped this crap, the marriage might be fine. Sigh.

19. Yet another example of screwed up parents...both of them. Too bad there are kids involved. Or they'd be just another famous couple fighting over the booze and the prescription drugs.

20. I was one of the lucky ones.....I was divorced (which I initiated) back in 1982...in Minneapolis.....I got sole legal custody of my kids....the house....and she paid (though a paltry amount) child support for fifteen years. That was the beginning....more and more men are getting custody...as it should be! There is nothing carved in stone that says the woman makes a better parent. BUT....that said.....I have to wonder, having seen that video shot by Hoffs daughter.....what the hell Barbara must be like behind the scenes for him to have gotten SOLE LEGAL....that means the mother has NOTHING to say about anything...at least here in Minnesota...maybe it's different out there. But...regardless.....the girls, at their ages, are pretty much on their own anyhow........You ever tried to 'advise' a young gal at the age of 15 what she should do???? LOL........

'nuff said!!

21. No. 4 -

Leaving all celebs out of this - You, apparently, have NOT been in a situation where a father has custoday and the mother (egg donor) does not pay child support - I HAVE and still AM ! Why aren't mother's locked up ? Or made to get jobs? They can work just like the rest of us. And its not just my situation. The justice I seek is that BOTH parents take monetary responsibility, not just the father as is in most cases. Its does take two.

And by the way, I posted my opinion - which I can do regardless of what anyone else thinks. So....... there.

22. It really is bewildering that in this case, the mother has to leave and the father gets to stay. The big question is, why and how did David Hasselhoff get custody of his daughters, and why was Pamela Bach shut out? I remember seeing David disgustingly drunk in a video, but I don't remember seeing any video of Pamela that would show she's a bad parent. Is it that their two daughters are spoiled brats and decided they wanted to stay with the parent with the money and one that would let them do whatever they wanted? Because that's what it looks like. It would be interesting to hear what the deciding factors were when the judge made that decision.
