51. Nicole Richie got out of the sentence she deserved because she was pregnant and played it to the hilt right before her court appearance, so why shouldn't someone else try this scam. If the judge was too stupid to ask for proof, it's his fault the scam worked. I don't think Foxy was pregnant, because if she lost it, that would have been big news. She worked a scam, and it paid off at sentencing time - be interesting to see how long it will keep working for her, or of it backfires and causes her more legal troubles.
