Victoria just looks desperate for attention, that's the ONLY reason a woman would get deliberately deform her body by doing that to her chest. Those breasts are too funny and too hard to even be sexy. The nicest thing I can say about this silly woman is that she looks like a female impersonator all the time but not doing a very good job of it. She is definitely not attractive and people only look at her because they can't believe any woman would look that way on purpose.

If you judge people like that by how they seem at soccer games, you are very naive.
