17. Elliott Yamin is a wonderful human as well as an amazing talented singer/songwriter.
I have rooted for him since I first heard him and continue to be his biggest fan. He has always been polite and optimistic, it is so good to see that his growing fame will not
change that.
He deserves great success in this life, keep singing E! Love you.

21. I looked at that performance in slowmo and it totally looked like one of her heals was broken. Her 'misteps' were also consistent with trying not to fall down due to a broken heal on her boot. Sure, she whouldnt have worn those porno boots in the first place, but if her heal really was broken I give her props for not walking off in the middle of the song. The fact that she (sort of) did the entire routine is the sign of a professional entertainer. Nothing else she did was a sign of being professional, but shes got issues, mental issues. shes Bipolar. When she is ready to face that fact and seek treatment she WILL blow us all away, again, with something bigger and better than python, madonna kiss, 'satisfaction' performance..... and come on, shes not fat. If shes fat so is beyonce, j-lo, scarlett jo....

22. "Idol wannabeen"? I think not! Elliott is proving that he has staying power with one of the top hits of the summer, and an album that is still going strong. I'm sure that his second single will be another hit! As far as the Britney thing goes, Elliott was just being his sweet, charming, and diplomatic self. He would never badmouth anyone.

24. Like others have said, he was being a gentleman. TMZ put him in a awkward sitch by asking him the Q. Had he answered differently, the headlines would have read: IDOL LOSER TRASHES BRIT!

The guy did the right thing.

And he's an IDOL semi-finalist! It's lame to call them LOSERS! The dude is cool & he can sing; he's not a loser!

28. Good for you Elliott! I have met Elliott in person several times--and he is THE sweetest, most genuine person-- a TRUE gentleman!
He obviously didnt want to bash another performer- especially being a performer himself. If you have ever read or seen an interview that Elliott has done post-Idol- you will notice that he NEVER had anything bad to say about anything related to the show- unlike some of the other Idols. . His mother obviously taught him something that no one at TMZ has learned-- "If you dont have something nice to say about someone-- dont say anything"

His CD is amazing-- he has a HIT SONG (Wait For You)- and if you ever get to see one of his concerts-- DO NOT MISS IT- you will not be disappointed.

Kudos to Elliott! You are a TRUE STAR in my eyes.

30. you over at TMZ should take note......because you refuse to bash someone else, does not make you a loser. the loser, is the one who bashes...just to make headlines, like you do, TMZ!!!!!!!!! elliott yamin is a decent person, and would never trash someone when he/she is down, no matter how he felt........ like you do, TMZ. it's a sad thing...........when you try to bash a really nice person, because he doesn't agree with you. i'm sure he had his reasons for saying what he did.......and before you call him a loser, try listening to his music, so you can speak about something you know.
