Ja Rule: Protect My Kids from My F**kin' Language

Ja RuleThe eloquent rapper Ja Rule threw his fitty cents in the mix regarding an upcoming congressional hearing that will address content and imagery of African-American women in hip-hop. This is like having George W. Bush speak on international peacekeeping.

Complex Magazine reports that Ja Rule offered his objections to the hearings, saying, "Let's get into s**t like that, because that's what's tearing up America, not me calling a woman a b**ch or a ho on my rap songs. And if it is, then we need to go step to Paramount, and f**king MGM, and all of these other motherf**kers that's making all of these movies and we need to go step to MTV and Viacom, and let's talk about all these f**king shows that they have on MTV that is promoting homosexuality, that my kids can't watch this s**t."

Ja will be releasing his seventh solo album The Mirror in November. His head will be removed from his rectum well before the release date.

31. That last line about George Bush is a pure example of the disrespect and ignorance that democrats have for anyone who disagrees with them. People like this who truly hate America are vile and disgusting. I do believe they will all get their just reward when they die. Democrats are so full of hate. Unfortunately, hate is contagious.

32. Yes That's right. I just hate all these women thinking that they have another job on earth other than making babies. Just do your job and the world will be a better place for everybody.

35. There is so much more going on in the world. I cannot believe our congress, yes they are supposed to be working for us, is going to waste time discussing this. All music in someway offends some fraction of society, thats just how it is. Art is supposed to offend, make you question, and cause debate. Artists are not responsible for raising your children. You are. If you personally are offended by the art and do not want your children exposed to it, then take some personal responsiblity and be the parent. Too many parents nowadays want to be their childs "friend" rather than a parent. So what if the kid hates you for taking away the offensive material. Thats life. I bet when that kid is an adult he/she will appreciate having had parents that set limits and were parents. It is not Ja Rule or any other hip hop performers job to raise your children.

36. To Old school

Just so you know Last dance with Mary Jane isn't about smoking pot. Mary Jane was his ex wife. But he does have another song where he talks about rolling a joint. lol
----------------------------------
But anyways back in the days people did complain and have hearings about rock and the music about sex and drugs. Our government has always griped about music and tried to ban certain songs. Its nothing new to get upset over. In a way I think they should because music does have a very big impact on youth and is very influencial. I think it is wrong to promote beating women and being so violent but hey its freedom of speech and maybe by the artist singing about things and getting it out prevents him from doing stupid things.

Maybe Ja Rule just wants to run his trap and get attention so his album will sell
