52. You guys don't really know what she does in the privacy of her home, so I don't think any of you have a right to comment about her parenting skills. Most of you commenting about that probably don't have any kids yourself so you have no idea what its like to raise them. Her kids seem to love her, and they're never crying or screaming to get away from her when we see them together so obviously she is doing something right. As for her VMA performance, if she never did such exciting acts in the past at that show then none of you would be saying it sucked. It wasn't anything special, but it sure as hell isn't going to end her career. I think her album will still go #1, she still has a lot of fans out there, and the critics are saying that the songs are really good. I for one like "Gimme More", so I will be buying her album just like I have in the past.

58. Look, it's not TMZ responsible for Britney's problems and bad publicity. Britney behaves in the most outrageous ways right in front of the paps and she makes very poor life choices for a mother of two children who are sometimes put into bad situatuations because of these poor choices - SHE makes it impossible for people to "leave her alone," and frankly, I doubt that is what she wants or she wouldn't be stripping in front of cameras and doing other outrageous things for the paps to see.

As for Rex and Chantice here, wow, it is enablers like you two that keep the tabloids in business. Once Britney decided to do this awards show, she should have got her act together. She should have done something with her body and toned it up, but she was too lazy. Her act WAS "that bad," it so totally sucked, it is amazing to me her fans aren't feeling completely let down. Her fans should finally realize that Britney is committed to no one, and I think it was really selfish of her to let her fans down in such a huge way. It's time people stopped supporting so much bad behavior from her, that just allows Britney to continue her life without trying to improve it. Britney needs someone to give her meaningful direction, and applauding and supporting her bad behavior is no different than handing a drug addict the next fix. Tough love is definitely called for with Britney. There were a lot of people rooting for her, even the stars interviewed before the show , and for Britney to deliberately let all these people down was just inexcusably selfish of her. This act of disloyalty to her fans and supporters should not be applauded, that kind of enabling will not do her any good at all, just reinforces the irresponsible behavior Britney needs to leave behind as the mother of two adorable children who should turn out "OK" BECAUSE of Britney, not in spite of her.
