76. It looks like she tried to cover up track marks on the inside of her right arm and did a poor job of it. The makeup over the bluish veins tends to turn a yellowish hue.

79. She doesn't have a big head - she's so completely devoid of any fat at all that her body is disproportionately small. It doesn't help that she wears ridiculous heels on her tiny chicken legs. That's why she's got such a strange, spindly bobble-head appearance.

thin is hot, but posh is definitely not an attractive person.

86. As much as I dislike this woman I have to say the dress looks good on her, this is the second time I have seen her wear something that does not make her look like trash.
She was on the 'The Tonight Show' and wore something that made her look nice, she can take any designer clothes and make them look cheap,like it was bought a flea market and made shorter.
She does have a big head and a small frame, it must be hard to carry that big head around and that is one of her exercises she does daily.

87. I saw a picture of Posh bra less in a gray shirt and her nipples were turned towards her
arms. Left nip to left arm and right nip to right arm. It looked really scary and digusting not to mention abnormal.
