New Britney Document Not What It Seems

TMZ has just obtained a curious item in the Britney/K-Fed divorce war....but it's not what it seems.

We've gotten hold of a document that discusses K-Fed's right to spousal support. It says Britney shall pay her ex "the sum of $20,000 per month, payable on the first (1st) day of each month, commencing on November 1, 2006, and continuing thereafter until death of either party, remarriage of Respondent (Kevin) or further order of the court..."

As we first reported, K-Fed signed a prenup which cut off his $20K support after November, 2007. The order we just obtained was signed by the judge -- today.

It appears from the document that Britney may have agreed to ante up money indefinitely, but we've learned that's not the case. Sources say the pre-nup is still in effect and the document was filed for technical tax reasons. So K-Fed gets cut off in two months.

137. Why would a judge sign a court order that says she is paying 20K per month when she isn't? I don't buy it. If she doesn't pay that money and claims she did on her taxes she will be going to jail. And what's to keep K-Fed from going back to court to get the judgement enforced? I think she did agree to it and they are trying to cover it up. If K-Fed really has little or no income there is a good chance she will be paying him mucho child support too. About one more comeback and he will own everything.

138. First off K-Fed does have a job because he got an acting gig on One Tree Hill and I think he still makes money at going to Club openings so he is not totally not depended on Britney's money. Another thing is that I'm sure he can't survive on Britney $20,000 spousal support because I'm sure he lives a more expensive life so it probably makes his own money.

141. Britney should fire her lawyer!!! Did you see how that woman was dressed today??? She, the lawyer, was attempting to be a celebrity in some ridiculous Asian style costume!!! Britney is surrounded by fame seekers, "Yes Men" and "Yes Women" who don't seem to have her best interest in mind...rather, they seem to be more interested in exploiting their own client, and her problems for their own personal benefit, damn Britney and her family!!!

Britney needs to clean house and fire all of these people before it is too late. She appears to be caught up in the Howard Hues and Michael Jackson syndrome of cutting off their own true friends and or, in Jackson's case, as well as Britney's, their relatives...all against their own best interests.

And the same thing happened with Elvis and Anna Nicole Smith. These stars are leaving themselves open to being exploited and even made targets of perhaps sinister motivations by their own employees, with none of their loved ones there to protect them!!!

143. TMZ said its not what it seems that its just for tax purposes and that Kfed still gets cut off In November 2007. I sure hope so because he's really sleazy.

On the other hand if this is true, then I hope this means the custody battle is over and that Brit keeps her kids. For Kfed to even bring this suit is wrong and a waste of the court's time anyway. Despite Kfed's repeated calls to Child Services about teeth and lack of sleep, the Child Services Department found Brit has done nothing wrong.

Kfed knows how to push Brit's buttons, he is a supreme manipulator. I just hope the Judge sees through all this.

146. No wonder he is trying to get full custody.... He is getting cut off in two months. LOL... That is what you get for marrying someone that has less money than you and relys on your earnings. Not that I am a big fan of Britney Spears. She does not deserve to feel sorry for her performance because she partied all weekend til 4-5. But on her personal life... damn... poor girl. What she really need to do is take care of them kids. And for people saying that it is gossip columns like these that make her mess up in her life... Think again. I also think that she really wants to be a mom and put all this behide her but I'm sure its hard cause people always in her face waitting for her to screw up.
