48. yeah and if she would have paid him off, he would have came back like he is now look'in for more cash so Brit was smart not to give him too much. He's a weasel and if he thought his childrens lives were in any type of jeapordy he would have asked for full custody to begin with. Don't forget he lived with them in the beginning and saw her parenting skills first hand. After being a mother of two for 15 years these little things like "wearing heels while carrying a child and giving a pop in a bottle" are nothing compared to the real worries of being a parent. Get over it! There are real child neglect/child abuse cases out there that you can be concerned with. I think if childrens services walked away from the allegations, it may be a good indication that there is no problems in the home!

52. I don't give a Rat's sass if KF#*k goes out 7 nights a week. Hope he gets a good disease............ The guy is after her $$$money$$$ pure and simple. No matter how you feel about her - good or bad - it does not matter. It's her money and she earned it. He does not need miilions of dollars to take care of 2 little boys. Matter of fact - most of his friends take care of their children working as mechanics/car wash etc. If the judge would give him the children without her money then fine. I'm not even questioning his parenting. Why does her money have to come along with the kids....because he was married to her for less than 2 years - OMG if this crap was happening to any of you - it would be an outrage. He signed a pre-nup the piece of ship now live with that.
Also Mom & Pop Spears - divorced - hated each other - pill popper and Alcoholic - now are pushing the kids around Kf#*k's neighborhood in matching liitle cars being the doting grandparents - becaus ethey were CUT OFF from the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ also. Jamie Lynn doesn't quite make enough to support them both yet........

53. pardon my last post... he was a passenger of the car, not an owner.
Still, I can't stand him and I don't even know him. He's one shady character. he leaves his prego girlfriend (with already another baby of his) for another woman... Brit should have known something was up right from the start. he needs to be castrated. He has Trash written all over him. I think he ruined Britney. When she started her wild period (like most young adults or teens do) he exploited it.

56. Also - it was Kf#*k that got Britney into Drugs. He is a known pot smoker - remember the video - he was shooting when Brit was stoned (kinda reminds me of Howard/Anna). 57. The umbrella incident - lets clarify - she lost it YES - cause her MOM was in Kevins house with him at the moment of umbrella - she could not believe her MOM was siding with that piece of crap. Britney lived with Kevin - Mom doesn't really know what he put her through. Mom is a traitor! Sided with enemy.............

58. Its funny how important it is for Kevin to have custody of these kids, and there mother is LOADED with money, when he has two other kids by a woman who is a attention whore, and hasn't mentioned a thing about custody. It is about the money.

He is not concerned with being a good dad. He is out partying way more than Brittney. You just don't see it everyday because at the end of the day, he is a NOBODY!

He is trying to destroy Brittney cause she used him for the little he had (was it good B?) and put his lame ass to the curb..

60. I'm not here to defend or slam either one of them. Any adult with a brain knows there are two sides---and THEN some---to every story in real life. Those who say one is better than the other has obviously not lived long enough to experience how messy & imperfect life & relationships can be...especially when kids are involved. Throw in media attention, & millions of dollars, mixed with egos & naivety, well...it's a disaster waiting to happen.
But, this is the life these kids have chosen. So be it.
Kevin didn't MAKE Britney do anything. She walked into it with her insecure little eyes wide open, & has always had a choice to change things if she wasn't happy. Just like the rest of us mortals!!!
Kevin has also made his own choices, & whatever comes of it, well...that's life. He'll have to live with it.

That being said---I don't care much for Britney. I'll keep my reasons why to myself. But I DO know what it's like to be incredibly insecure, feel betrayed, feel like a completely lost mess inside, while trying to put up a strong, independent 'front' for the people around me to see. It's a dignity thing. But it also usually comes back to bite one in the ass.
And I don't really have much of an opinion about Kevin, other than to say, mess or no mess....I'd still hit that once or twice!!! LOL!! He is a fine looking man; the you tube video of Papo Zao made me a bit damp, I have to admit. And I'm an 'old lady' compared to most of you!! If he's 1/2 as charming as he his hot, I can see why Brit would go for that.
But once again...it was their choice. Like everyone else in the world, they have gotten where they are by their decisions.
The only sad part is...those babies didn't make the choice to part of their parents' mistakes.
