317. 308. O.J. was tried by a jury & found not guilty so people need to accept that verdict which has nothing to do with the accusations in this so-called robbery. It sounds like a set up to me because some people did not like the way the age old murder trial turned out & have been trying for years to find some way to impose their own verdict on this man. I agree with the Browns & have always thought Goldman & his lazy daughter were after only the money. Why they didn't even have a relationship with Ron Goldman at the time of his murder. They need to get a job but instead have spent their lives trying to suck money out of O.J. Hey the man has children to support & I think they should come first. By the way, I am a white woman & don't like seeing a man set up by a bunch of Fred Goldman's gang just so they can put O. J. in prison in hopes of getting to his assets. Remember we have a good jury system & he was found not guilty. IMO there should be no way a person can sue for wrongful death when someone has been cleared of all charges in a jury trial.

I may not have agreed with the verdic 10 years ago. but you are right he not found guilty by a jurt and that should be let go. This is a completely different thing and should be treated as such,but the same old people come onsaying lets get him this time out.I will never understand how our laws here let a wrongful death suit go forward in a case like this either .Our laws need to be changed.If some one is found not guilty that should be the end of it,Allowing suits just keeps everything going on for years and years.I too do not like the actions of MR Goldman and wonder if this is in fact a set up involving Goldman

This whole "STING" as OJ said,was more than that,the guy Riecco,if he taped this without OJ knowing it,was probably going to use the tapes to black mail OJ at some later date,everyone knows OJ was supposed to turn things over to the Goldman's,but were taken out of OJ's home before the sheriffs and Goldman's arrived,Riecco would have proof on tapes to sell th the highest bidder that OJ was hiding as many things as he could,not to have to pay off the $33 million civil order,now they all need to be locked up for their criminal actions !

OJ's foul mouth rantings on that tape are of the same angry man that were heard during the Nicole trial,he thinks he's above the law,but when in front of the judge he can't even speak louder than a whisper.

OJ said,he was going to do what ever it took to find the real killer !!!!
All he needed to do was look in the mirror.

319. .................................Why do some people keep saying that Goldman set up OJ?...........Makes no sense..........The OJ supporters talk as if the whole world was," out to get OJ".............The whole world just wants OJ to go away!........The whole world doesn't give a hoot about OJ or his family or anything about OJ......................OJ had an opportunity that most people will never understand..........HE made a lot of bad choices in his life...........He quite possibly could never have made anything BUT bad choices..............That is the type of person OJ was, is, and will be, forever...........He might walk, one more time..........but if OJ goes to prison, blame no one but OJ..........Think about all the people you have worked with in your lifetime........How many were the type that could smile to your face and still do stupid things, maybe illegal things, and still keep that outward persona the same................as if everything is OK and I am OK and I haven't done anything wrong............They believe it themselves, and it is what makes everyone else believe it.................BUT YOU KNEW DIFFERENT................That is OJ....................Working that outward persona.........till you believe it...............Tomorrow is the day for the preliminary hearing............Can't wait to see what happens.............should be interesting...............probably a delay of some type............

320. ........................Well, today was the preliminary hearing.............The first of 8 witnesses was on the chair...........Tomorrow will be a couple more...........I think OJ will go to trial...........I don't see it going any other way..................This hearing is to decide if a law was broken and whether there is enough evidence to go forward...........................OJ faces some serious items...............OJ looked at the camera all the time and then they caught him almost going to sleep, nodding off.........................I think he will do time..................
