The newly short-tressed socialite's been hanging with hunky "Entourage" actor Adrian Grenier, who has taken Paris under his environmentally-friendly wing.

"He's been kind of like a mentor to me, teaching me about the environment and what I can do," said Paris. So that's what they've been doing!

"I think it's cool to talk to someone in L.A. who has more to talk about than all this artificial crap people talk about. It's nice to talk to someone who's real," she said of Grenier to People. Has hell frozen over?

31. Paris' idea of being "green" is cutting down a tree in her back yard to "save" the view of the hollywood hills.

TMZ, tell Paris you'll be testing her soon on what she has learned about the environment...let see how much retainability and much yardage is between those two goalposts.

43. We are not talking about hatred or jealousy, here. We are talking about disrespect and concern over how Ms. Hilton touts herself as a role model for our youth today – a group that just happens to represent a large portion of her target demographic. We will continue to protest and challenge that position until we have sufficient reason to believe otherwise. As it stands now, when we look at Hilton, we still see self-indulgence, self-absorption, media manipulation, and insincerity. It’s that simple.

44. I rather like Paris Hilton, now. I didn't used to, but for some reason I like her now, ever since she did a stint in county jail. She served time, for lesser, much lesser offences than so many of her other celebrity peers who've done way, way worse than tooling around on suspended licenses, jesus. I don't know, anyway Paris kind of grows on you... She's the quintessential American "celebrity," famous for being famous. Eh. Anyway, she's all right. She's a lot of fun to read about and look at photographs of; it's one of y favourite time-wasting avoidance-of-homework pastimes these days, reading about & looking at photos of Paris, Lindsay & Brit.

It kind of gets old after a while, all the snarky-cruel put-downs and nastiness commentors like to heap on these women, though. I mean, jesus...

Geeeze..Paris now has a hybrid...seems her trash days are really in the past..gone are the "dumb blond extensions"..she does more humanitarian work then clubbing..she is actually polite and cares about how she is seen...Time to find another train wreck...Paris has been taken off the track...and a thumbs up to all you past nay sayers...
