Heard on the Town ...

John Rzeznik of the Goo Goo Dolls, in Hollywood, telling a friend, "Every day is a holiday when you have a ton of money and a huge d**g!"

When you have a way with words like this debonair fellow, the ladies must come-a-runnin'!

46. The Goo Goo Dolls have brought more than one million cans of food to shelters by having fans bring them to concerts. Johnny writes the deepest lyrics of any modern song writer. He was born with that lovely nose, just check out photos from b/f GGD's made it big. He was orphaned at 16, so he wasn't getting a nose job young, like most of hollywood. That's not the best photo of him; he is very good looking ~ at least to women. He's also got an ironic sense of humor, so the comment was likely a self-depricating sarcastic remark.

It would be nicer if TMZ writers wrote more fun and positive content. Snarling gets old.

47. You don't know the *string* of events do you? The real *truth is a whisper* and not a headline from *the big machine*. *What a scene* you all make and *ya never know* the truth. I *wood* really be *hard* pressed to think this mattered to anyone. We have *become* a society that has to *knock* people to feel better. If you can *knot* live without garbage like this then you're a *sap*. We need to learn how to *let love in* and stop listening to the *string of lies*. We all need to *give a little bit* so there will be *better days*. I'll *leaf* you all now and thanks for the *sympathy*.

49. This is the same man who once said that his ex-girlfriend (yes his EX girlfriend) said to him one night "Make love to me like Ricky Martin would..." He then said, "No problem...Where's your brother?"

50.
Johnny is a very smart ass comment man ... to be FUNNY!! The Goo's are on tour as we speak with Lifehouse and have performed with Bon jovi, Counting Crows, Train, Daughtry and more.

This is NOT a goo pic of him ... at all!! He has beautiful blue eyes, nice soft hair and the sexiest voice. Bummer to us fans but he has had a girlfriend and they have been together for a few years now.

They ask fans to bring canned goods to every show and they are drooped off at a local food bank that night. They also have donated to so many other charities as well and helped with 9/11 and Katrina.

He has done so well for himself considering both his parents died a year apart from each other, when he was only 16. I am so PROUD of him, so I can't even imagine how PROUD his parents would be !!

All I can say is ....
IF I CAN"T HAVE HIM I WANT Britnis creepy Uncle Jerry from Hoboken : )

51. Yes, he's right it is huge.

And I, that is a nose job. If you are as big a Goo fan as you act like you are, you have certainly seen the old pictures of John's other nose.

54. It must have been a slow news day. Goo Goo Dolls fans would love to read something nice about Johnny in TMZ, and there are a lot of nice things to say about him. He is one of the most talented songwriters of our time. His band has a record for top ten hits. He is charitable - organizes food drives, sang for Katrina survivors, and other causes which support people who have less than he does. He is a beautiful person on the inside as well as the outside, who has overcome tremendous hardship in being orphaned at such a young age. Even if what he said is true, so what! He did not harm anyone. It is not a crime to be rich and well endowed. Get over it, you haters. Stay positive, Johnny! You are loved and admired by your many fans.

55. Who understands the media? One day you show a nice video of him and
the next day you publish this ridiculous statement while even putting words in his mouth. If this isn't ultimate hypocrisy, I don't know what is! TMZ you’re not only undermining the purpose of the media, which is to inform the American public, but you are also undermining the intelligence of Americans considering them foolish enough to buy into this. Shame on YOU! Why should I trust and believe anything you write? Are you’re asking me to join you in hurting a man who has made the American dream come true for himself and is now a great contributor to society? How long do you think, you can keep this up? How about telling some lies about your loved ones or yourselves and displaying it on this site for the whole world to comment on? Oh! That wouldn't fair right?

Get this crap off your site! You picked the wrong individual. He’s got friends in high places called FANS who truly care about him as a human being and not as a commodity. He’s not alone TMZ.

Nothing is permanent but truth. Error looses its vitality in the sunlight of truth; hence all institutions that are based on fundamental error cannot permanently endure in the presence of fundamental truth. Wrong systems and techniques may endure for a long time, but their good effects become less and less in evidence that they finally vanish.

56. Well, my comment wasn't promotional...so I'm assuming you found it inappropriate. You can dish, but you can't eat?

Yes, he does have a way with words…he’s a lyrical genius.

And for the schoolyard bullies...you people are black inside and that makes YOU ugly. He’s like fine wine…getting better with age. He’s funny and too bad you don’t find the sarcastic/ironic humor in it all. Everyone wants to be a ROCKSTAR, yeah?

57. this is rediculous. taking something out of context and beating it to a pulp with insulting comments is so childish. i'm not much of a fan of the goo goo dolls, but that dosn't mean i'm going to sit here and bash a guy i dont even know. grow up.

58. ITS SHOWTIME! TMZ has no idea of the power of a highly successful and extraordinary musician and his fans. Good to see people telling it like it is!

We not only love you John, we adore you for who you really are!

59. I think this comment was taken totally out of context. Anybody who is a fan of the GGD knows just what type of a person John really is. He is very humble. This band has done so much for thier fans. They are very involved with USA Harvest and because of them many thousands of people who go hungry have been given meals. I also read somones comment about the bass player always looking high...so very totally inappropiate of you to say. You have no idea anything about Robby and the good he does for people. He is so full of energy positive energy I might add. These people are human beings just like you and me they have overcome many obsticles in thier lives. This band have been together for 20 years now and are only getting stronger..hats off to you guys we love you keep up the good work. I am anxiously waiting the next album and tour...

60. I don't care how big he thinks his "dong" is...he is still really short and really petite. Met him back stage a few years ago. I am 5*8 wear a size 8 jean. I towered over him and he has to wear a 2 or a 4 jean... can be anyting more then 100-110 pounds...oooh yeaa thats manly !!!
