Hello TMZ I would like to know what's your obsession with OJ and Michael Vick and any other Blk man who messes up. I think what OJ did was stupid and I think what Michael Vick did was stupid but what about Jena 6 why isn't that a headline. What's going on there? That should be front page news. Hey, Steve-O, I have groundbreaking news for you. O.J. is just as culpable as his gunholding buddy in the crimes. Anytime a gun is used in a crime, everyone involved is charged with the gun crime. That's the way the law is. If you can't do the time, don't do the crime. O.J.'s goin' down!

Oh STEVE-O it's called ACCESSORY. He may not have been holding the gun, but he was there and that MAKES him an accessory to the crime therefore he gets charged just as the others did. As far as bail, I don't live in LV but I am guessing that the fact that there is no bail is because of his BOP (Board of Probation) arrest record and the seriousness of the charges.
