Barry to Elisabeth: Your "View" is Dangerous

2851. Good for Barry. It is about time someone refused to appear on the hideous View! Rosie ruined it - the last straw - but before her, evil-eyed Elisabeth was there along with hideous Joy Behar. Like JOAN RIVERS SAID, JOY BEHAR HAS AN UGLY VOICE! She also is very fidgety - always moving her hands. She is either an alcoholic and has the shakes from all the wine she drinks, Parkinson's or Huntington's Chorea IMO.

More guests should cancel and good for them. I like Barry much more now.

Shari Shephard needs to watch her big fat mouth, too. She was good as the occasional frequent visitor but sorry to say, I am sick of her already - and she's only been on The View for about one month. She interrupts too much and tries too hard to be funny. Her timing is off and she is rude. Three comedians are really three too many. They should have fired Joy and hired Whoopi and rotated the other spot along with Joy's.

They cannot get rid of Elisabeth Hasslebeck and Joy Behar soon enough. Then, Shari needs to be let go or given a STERN WARNING and told to SHUT UP AND GET SOME MANNERS! NO WONDER HER HUSBAND LEFT HER.

2852. Elisabeth brings out the worst in me for sure. She has no compassion for those who are in need, i.e., a self-righteous heartless conservative. Barry did the right thing and more should follow his example.

2853. I can't believe the VIEW tolerates Elizabeth! She is so critical of everyone who has a differing opinion than her. She lives in her pure white "Mary Poppins" world, and lives in judgement of all.
I watch the show on occasion for the entertainment value.... watching the rest of the panel have a real life discussion while Elizabeth tries to "chime" in. The majority of the time they ignore her!
Give Whoopie time... she will grow tired of Elizabeth's intolerance of others. Joy will put up with it because she knows she will never get another chance like the one she has as part of the VIEW. Unfortunately, Barbara settled for boring but stable.... too bad.
Elizabeth.. please take your tight ass in for an overhaul! You act like you are 90 years old!!!

2854. I think Elizabeth is terrific! She speaks her mind and really believes in what she is saying. God bless her! This is America and if you don't like listening to her then just turn the channel.

2856. I do not believe that individuals should be expressing their opinions in the public forum. They will either have a great deal of respect thrust upon them or they will be trashed... Today's world is hard enough to live in with out fighting all the time...If the talk show is about women's views then I think Elizabeth should listen to more of the mothers out there. She might learn some thing. As for Barry he does not need the VIew to sell his records, his voice and talents have done that for over thirty years. Thank God we are in America, other wise both arguements would have been silenced by a gun...

2858. Way to go Barry! Elizabeth belongs on Fox, or on one of those cultish fundamentalist shows, not on the View. She is such a prejudiced, over pampered and under educated ice princess. Her sense of entitlement is revolting. I'm glad Barry took a stand. He's actually cooler than you'd think. He lives in my neighborhood here in Palm Springs, and he's always real nice to everyone.

2860. I can't stand Elizabeth, which is why I never watch that show, although I do like Joy Behar a lot. She's an obviously very talented comedian, and her views reflect that. She's not even pretty, she's just made up a lot. I sincerely hope all her kids are gay, that way she could actually learn from them and get off her much undeserved pedestal.

People that criticize Manilow for this move those that don't understand what its like have beliefs and conviction to say: "These are my beliefs!" Elizabeth gets to stay on TV and say the most stupid, racist, ignorant stuff... and that is OK. By the same token...Manilow says "I refuse to even sit next to you." At least he is not a Hypocrite like Barbara Walters. Self respect is a bitch! Way to go Manilow!

Anyway,Hasselbeck is an idiot... who has as much credibility right now as George W. Bush!
