Brit Witness a Former Bodyguard

31. ok, this doesn't make sense... a "secret" witness, yet he appears in court today to only be seen and possibly, POSSIBLY, testify....

this "secret witness" may not even be heard, but yet she is going to hold a press conference on what this "secret witness" is or would have been testifying about ???

the point of him being secret is completely bogus - she just wanted to make sure his statement was heard by the Judge, and hopefully, the Judge will shoot her down..this is clearly about publicity - another example of why Gloria Allred should not be practicing law....

32. ET just said that Brit agreed to pay k-fed $20,000.00 mo spousal support for the rest of his life--WHAT A LOSER HE HIS-CANNOT AFFORD TO LIVE UNLESS HIS BABY MAMA GIVE HIM MONEY. 40. I think any confidentiality agreement goes out the window when you are called to testify in court. Especially when allegations of unfit-parenting/ abuse are involved.

42. Allred is pro-women.... i wonder what this witness is actually going to testify about - and why the hell would someone go to see Allred if they had important information, why not to the attorney handling the case, or even the Judge themselves? something really fishy here..

and by the way, the hit story is Months old! this story started about 2-3 months ago, and for some reason, one station in particular just caught on and brought the whole story up like this just happened, and now everyone is copying it. just goes to show how the media can spin things .....

44. Say goodbye to twit-ney's parental rights. If this former bodyguard testifies about her open & indifferent drug use in front of the kids, her parental rights are gone. Which is what k-loser wants, so he can get mucho dinero for child support. I don't understand this about him; he got $12 Million in the divorce, but he wants monthly child support? If he sticks that money in the bank, he'll earn a minimum 1/2 Million per year just on interest alone...

I think that, if the court had ANY balls, it'd take the kids away from both of these morons & place them in foster homes. They can't be any worse than living with twit-ney, who smokes & drinks (although she's been through rehab 2x) in front of the kids; apparently now she's drugging in front of them. Funny thing is, I'll bet it's little twit-ney who put out the hit on k-loser...

45. How immature to be criticizing Britney's bodyguard for being called as a witness. Do you want the truth to be what determine this case or just your own opinions, opinions from people who have only known Britney through what the press/media has released over the years? Those charged with determining this case will certainly assess the credibility of what this man attests to be the truth, it isn't as if this is the first child custody case they've ever had to decide.

All that matters is the welfare of the children, period. As for crude remarks regarding the size of the bodyguard, would you rather someone more along the body type of K-Fed be guarding her? There is no requirement for procreation, immature individuals can procreate. They can also post on message boards.
