46. Good grief...this just gets nuttier everyday. I wonder if anyone has the authority or capacity to commit her? I'm being very serious...if she won't "take orders" from anyone who's supposed to be helping her---be it managers, assistants, family, whatever---then how is she ever going to take the time it is going to require for her to get her life sorted out and get her head on straight??? She needs some serious butt-kicking therapy...ala Dr. Phil. I don't care if you're 19, 23, 33, or 43 when you have kids...once you become a parent, it's no longer "all about you." Which is why this is all so sad...because in her mind, everything is about her.

Kevin is by no means the perfect person, but what's so ridiculous about all this is that she actually makes him look "okay" by comparison!

Anyway, she clearly cannot care for those boys, and anyone that would do drugs around/in front of kids needs to be pistol whipped. Period. Zero-tolerance on that one. Fi she is truly doing that, then this is a no-brainer. She has to forfeit the kids until she gets her act together.

I also wonder how truly suited she is as a parent because what mother of any decency would deliberately make a public spectacle of herself, knowing that one day--someday---her kids are going to see all of this!!??!! What will she say when they want to know why she left them with nannies, etc...to go party??? She'll be one of those moms that "had to go find herself" or whatever. It WILL come back to bite her in the butt one day...

It sucks because those kids are just screwed, no matter what. They are such precious little innocent beings and while their mother has deep pockets, and they want for nothing tangible...they are going to have such vacant lives at this rate.

I don't know WHO should have them. Kevin AND Britney are so self-absorbed and immature. If I HAD to pick one of the two...I'd go with Kevin, but everyone knows that the boys need to be with a stable "family." What about Laura Lynne's family? (Her cousin...the really pretty one that used to always be with her...) Laura Lynne always seemed to kinda have it together...what about her parents??

If you take a look @ that picture of Brit supposivly holding a cigerette in her hand next to her child ... it's not her hand, someone photoshopped it. You can clearly see it does not match her other hand (one hand is totally tanned while the hand with the cigerette is pale). Did you ever think someone did that in their photoshop & sent to spread gossip on how terrible she is with a cigerette near her child? I do website graphics as my job & I can tell you for sure, that is not her hand (even the wrist does not match correctly, it's off centerd). This is really getting rediculious.

53. # 44 - britney has the kids during the week - and by the way, Federline had someone watch the kids while he went to shoot for One Tree Hill (when he had just stated a week earlier that he would not allow it to interfere with his schedule with the kids), and he just was out on Friday, and had someone watch the kids while he boozed it up... and it is starting to happen more often now - it is publically known, and was even confirmed by Shar Jackson 2 weeks ago that he no longer deals pot, but still uses ???

# 42 Kate - you're right, she has made some big mistakes, maybe not ones YOU or I would make, but we all make some type of mistakes. the important thing is she learned from them and has not done them again.. she was clearly not ready for the VMAs, everyone with some sense knows that, but I can assure you that doesn't make her a bad mother.. Katie Holmes tripped 2 weeks ago with Suri in her arms - she was wearing 4 inch heals on a cobblestone sidewalk, actually fell on her knees and cut herself, but why is nobody mentioning that??

56. Brit is being professionally set-up. She has no protection and is worth more than $100 million dollars. The news stations are now implying that this witness will testify that Brit put a hit on Federline's life.

I told all of you that Federline is going for eveything Brit's got. Kfed is the one who has put giving the media all the negative rumor and gossip about Brit, and he's put this murder for hire rumor out there too. Kfed wants Brit either dead or in jail. He is a professional con artist.

57. #53, You must be a idiot, yeah I've made mistakes. NEVER have I put my child in danger...EVER. In fact, I go out of my way to protect my child. WHAT HAS SHE LEARNED? She went to rehab, still drinking. Still partying. Cut her family out of her life because they have the balls to call her on her bad behavior. I HOPE YOU DON'T HAVE CHILDREN, I would hate to see what "mistakes" you would make and accept as normal. I saw the pic of Katie Holmes falling, she made sure her baby didn't get hurt.
