62. if Federline was so concerned about his kids, then why would he agree to a 50/50 split? Answer: because it's ALL financial - if he fought custody at the time of the divorce, he wouldn't be getting paid - he only started to receive money from when the divorce is finalized, so if he fought for custody, he was out of money... if he was so concerned about his children, why is it she filed from divorce, and he didn't first b/c of her lack of parenting skills? there just seems to be no defense for any of it...

you'll notice Britney has said nothing in public, which i wish she would in some way defend herself. everyone is basing their opinion on hearsay and it's getting crazy, but I think this is what her attorneys want. I know I would want my client to be quiet too, but it's amazing how much the media is running with this.. I hope the Judge remains sensible and gets this resolved quickly - I just hate to see parents having to go through this in general, let alone for the world to see and criticize

63. TO SUZION: Girl, you need some serious help. I KNOW FIRST HAND WHAT CHILD ABUSE IS. I was sexually abused by a neighbor at 4 years old because my parents wanted to go out and party. They THOUGHT they had left me in capable hands to go out and "have fun". Don't tell me what real abuse is. If she cared for those kids, she would be at home with them, not leaving them with the nanny to party. As a parent, I am judging her.....and she needs help.

65. Everyone talks about what KFed did when he was married to Britney.. People, Britney and her lawyers cant use that now, the judge will tell them " that was then this is now".. what happend when they were married has no bearing on what has happend since the divorce decree was signed. It will depend on facts what BOTH sides has done since then. The judge dont want to hear "well when we were married Britney did this.. Kevin did that.. the judge will flip a gasket. I personally dont blame Ms Wasser for quitting.. For whatever reason it was, Im sure in her mind it was a good one.

66. There are so many shameful comments against Britney, I am just so disgusted. You know I have never thought Britney was a very talented girl, but there are an awful lot of young people out there who think otherwise. I am just an old woman but have seen and heard just about everything. Has anyone in their vast spectrum of knowledge considered the fact that this is all made up? I mean its the FIRST THING that came into my mind when I heard it. Perhaps not that K-Fed put anyone up to this (but that is questionable too)but that perhaps the "supposed witness" came up with his own way of making money out of this whole child custody situation. Britney would not be in any jeopardy of losing her children if she were not who she is. I know it, everyone knows it. This K-Fed character is such a money grabbing pathetic excuse of a human being and its amazing if anyone believes this garbage about "a hit". Does anyone recall he was the one having parties, staying out all night doing drugs excessively,with other women and his hangers-on, THAT LED TO HIS DIVORCE???? Having said that it nevertheless wouldn't surprise me in the least if,SOMEONE NOT having anything to do with Britney, is just K-Fed up with K-Fed and is looking for some vigilante justice? Now let's keep in mind, she was doing great until she met him and saying he is "bad news" is the understatement of the year.Sounds to me like its just a last ditch effort to try to get her money. Hope the Judge is not taken in by all this""Gloria Allred' I want to take Britney's money too" crap. P.S. Remember K-Fed has children with another woman and that he doesn't seem to be seeking custody of, But HAS TO PAY HER CHILD SUPPORT too.(Who by the way is not hounded on a daily basis by the papparazzi. )If the Judge presiding over the child custody hearing does not see it that way they should go back to LAW SCHOOL.Hang in there little girl, you're not alone,there are people who see the light. 69. this whole thing is rediculous. K-fed is a dead beat dad anyway. If Britney offered him money he would leave his kids in a heartbeat. Britney has not been proved to be an unfit mother and no child should be taken away from its mother unless horrible things are happening. I have seen some horrible mothers and Britney is NOT one of the worst. The only reason it sounds as bad as it does is because you are hearing it from so many different source and the next source is worse than the first one. Britney needs to stay out of the public eye for a while and focus on those babies instead of working on fixing her public appearance. Once she gets her personal life straightened out, then she should work on her career. I think she will make a comeback one day, but for now she should focus on her personal life.
