Britney's Secret Witness Revealed!

TMZ was in court today as the so-called "secret witness" arrived.
Britney mystery witness
The witness, who from the look of him could have worked as a bodyguard, walked into the courtroom, ostensibly to testify in the ongoing Britney Spears/Kevin Federline child custody case. As of now, the court has been closed by the judge, and this "secret witness" is sitting in the hall with his attorney, Gloria Allred.

Who is this mystery man?

76. To #46 - I completely agree with you regarding having a lit cigarette near a child's face. However, this does not exactly constitute "abuse", but rather bad judgment. I cannot tell you how many times I have been out in public and saw people doing this same exact thing. I always debate whether to approach the person and ask them to get their cigarette out of the kid's face, but I never do for fear of starting a fight about something that doesn't really concern me. Believe me - as common as this bad habit is, there would be plenty parents getting nailed for abuse. (P.S. - I smoke so I'm not being judgmental against smokers).

I can also tell you that I have seen parents have their kids fetch their cigarettes for them, too. In fact, I think I have had my nieces "grab my smokes" for me. I hardly call this abuse. Maybe bad judgment? But abuse? Come on, that's a bit severe.

The point is - Britney is guilty of bad judgment, just like millions of other parents out there. But abuse? I think the public is really blowing a lot of things out of proportion. While many points are valid, at least back them up with valid examples. Not overhyped mistakes in judgment commonly made by many parents / caregivers.

77. To #55 and #53 - I'm glad you brought up the Katie Holmes trip and fall. I question #55's take on the matter. Exactly what was Britney doing that was so negligent in this instance? Was it that she was carrying a cup of something in one hand? Really, how is that any different than Katie Holmes walking with 4" heels? As you said, walking in heels is hardly bad parenting - but why do you think carrying a cup IS bad parenting? I marvel at the parents I see juggling a million things. You've never carried your kid in one hand and something else in the other?

Sorry, but the comparison to Katie Holmes is a fair one. Both were accidents, yet people only harp on Britney.

78. To #60 - I realize you obviously needed some type of therapeutic revelation, but this is NOT a psychiatry website. Please leave your personal problems where they belong... and don't use sites like these to work out your own issues. Geez

80. #76 I agree also and I am also a non-smoker. Some peoples take on child abuse/neglect is quite strange. I guess all kids in the 60's would be in foster care lol
