K-Fed threw a birthday blowout bash last Sunday for Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, -- and we just got this exclusive pic. The boys, wearing their best birthday party disposable diapers, with Kev in hideous manpris and dressed up white t-shirt -- were surrounded by presents and birthday balloons at K-Fed's Encino home.

A TMZ spy says that Britney's parents were there, along with the boys' half-siblings from baby mama Shar Jackson. Guests were treated to barbecue -- which was briefly interrupted to watch Britney on the VMAs. When Sarah Silverman started cracking jokes about the boys, the TV was quickly turned off.

136. Is anyone concerned why it looks like Sean Prestons diaper doesn't fit.....if this was Brittney it would have been pointed out.

137. Obviously have you people don't have kids. They are ONE and TWO years old! Thwy get dirty! They run around, use their fingrs to eat and fall and play with dirt! You expect Kevin to keep putting clean clothes on them? Any parent with half a brain just lets them run around like that after a while. You'd be doing laundry for days if not. Plus, it was hot. I live in Los Angeles. This poor guy will never catch a break. He's got all of his children. Notice that the judge gave HIM custody?

Anyone else notice that they are not crying while with him? They're always upset when with Britney. Hmmmm, I wonder why?

138. I think K-Fed got her in this predicament. She wasn't able to handle it after they broke up and has been heading downwards ever since. I feel so sorry for her. I bet if she was broke he wouldn't have sought custody. He would have no interest in those kids. He did it before when he dumped Shar while she wa pregnant to be with Britney. I don't think either of the two should have those kids. Don't only put her in Rehab, send her to school. She is lacking love and education despite all her money. The saddest part is that loser ex is only after her purse strings not as much the kids.

140. Sarah Silverman rocks. She's the most politically incorect comedienne ever. How can anyone be upset by her "adorable mistakes" joke. Brit and KFed treat their children like pets, not very lucky pets either.
