K-Fed threw a birthday blowout bash last Sunday for Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, -- and we just got this exclusive pic. The boys, wearing their best birthday party disposable diapers, with Kev in hideous manpris and dressed up white t-shirt -- were surrounded by presents and birthday balloons at K-Fed's Encino home.

A TMZ spy says that Britney's parents were there, along with the boys' half-siblings from baby mama Shar Jackson. Guests were treated to barbecue -- which was briefly interrupted to watch Britney on the VMAs. When Sarah Silverman started cracking jokes about the boys, the TV was quickly turned off.

35. funny how this just ended up on tmz. geez, if family were the only ones there, who could it have been? I feel so sorry for britney i can't stand it. it's no wonder she is loosing it, all the crap going on and this looser who only wants more money not the kids, she needs to quit hollywood, pay off the looser and move out of california. find a nice town to raise her children in. tired of all the crap. when the kids get made fun of and crap being said about them, too much for me to handle.

How is K-fed a better parent when he has admitted that he loves to smoke POT.
His priority is to get more money from Britney , He gets 35 grand a month now. 20 grand in alimony and 15 grand for child support.= 35 grand BUT in NOV that 35 grand goes down to 15 grand the child support. BIG drop from 35 grand he is used to getting for doing nothing but parting in Vegas with know HOOKERS. He does not work. so how is it he pays his child support to Shar. o thats right. the money BRITNEY gives him. So in all reality BRITNEY SUPPORTS ALL OF THEM. her kids him his kids with Shar. GEEZ must be nice. EXPLAINS WHERE SHAR GOT HER NEW BODY FROM. (Which is a bad body job, she still looks hella fat) and her personalitly could use some work too

43. Britney may deserve all the jokes about her, but Silverman was out of line calling those kids "mistakes". No kid ever wants to hear that they were a mistake in jest or not.
