TMZ Flashback: O.J.'s Gun Moves

Back in 1979, O.J. Simpson was about to move into the infamous Rockingham mansion -- which has since been completely torn down -- and didn't want a moving company handling his trophies. So he asked his neighbor for a little help, and then took the time to pose for these curious photos.

The neighbor helped O.J. load his trophies, including his Heisman, into a 1978 Chevy pickup, and Simpson posed with this Belgian machine gun that he also didn't trust to the moving company.

When asked why he had the gun, O.J. said, "Because Muhammad Ali and I have received death threats."

62. Let the legal system work it out. Let habius corpus prevail, guilty or innocent it can't be judged from our armchairs. This is a legal issue, not a issue of color so don't get it confused. Not all whites are good ole' boys so get that out of your system,and blacks are not the only minorites in the US, just the largest. Let OJ face the legal system again and let a jury of his peers decide.

64. I never saw any remorse over Nicole or Ron. All I saw was an arrogant, ignorant abuser. His smirk and demeanor are symptomatic of some deep mental problems. He had the support and admiration of many African Americans;13 years later, we have so many Blacks that are admirable-Powell, Obama, countless Generals, reporters, and true sportsmen. This man is at the bottom of the heap. Notice, that White hangers on are about his only friends. Surely, I reject this man as much as a Dahmer;Birds of a feather. The system has given all the breaks it can. No more. Bless the Goldmans and the Browns. Their nightmare will never be over regardless of the disposition of this animal.

65. Actually black Americans are no longer the largest minority in America. Not that it matters. In fact none of it should. Who cares if you are black. Who cares if you are brown, white, red.... frickin zebra striped. And who cares if you are American. Or European, Asian... Ethiopian. It doesn't matter.

What does matter is owning up to what you... you as an individual... have done. If I score the winning basket... I'll tell everyone. But, if I murder two people... I shouldn't fess up to it? OJ... you have not only hurt the lives of every fan you once had.... damaged your family life to a point of unrepair.... but, you have also taken three lifes. For you are truly a dead man walking OJ.

Of course he was going to crumble. Image... a man who won the Heisman... who set NFL records... who was respected by all his foes and friends. Today... a hungry homeless man would rather spit on OJ... then sit down and eat with him in a restaurant. He is worse than dead. He lived through his death, and continues to see it every day.

69. Its amazing to me that the MEDIA was and is able to manipulate the minds of intteligent people. Issues like this detract your attenion from important issues.
