181. so when is this fat bastard going to sell his story to People magazine? Im sure its coming. LA should be eliminated from the state of california and all the fake snake-like people in it!! At the same time, Britney needs to get her crap in order and stop this poutty teenager stuff....and leave the drugs or whatever she is doing ALONE!! She is beginning to piss me off...Ive been really pulling for her but its like she is not really registering in reality these days. But the bigger picture is, what does this business do to people? What has American celebrity turned into??

182. to whoever said that in the initial papers he was not asking for additional money, that is true.

however if, and once he does gain custody, then he has a right to go seek additional support b/c he has the custody. so either way, this guy is getting more money.

the girl does need help, it's sad, but she will learn that eventually, hopefully sooner than later, that she needs it. some people suffer from post-partum depression (a lot actually), but then to become pregnant just after 3 months of having a child would be unbearable for most... to add that on to someone who is clearly manipulating the media and court system, and then to have it publicly seen doesn't help. I wish her well as a mother...

185. I don't think Britney should loose her babies all together, but I do think she needs a "time-out" to recollect herself. She was shoved in the spot light at such an early age, and like other young stars, they loose focus and sight of who they are as a person, and don't know how to deal with that. They become only what they are precieved to be. Once she stepped out of the light for a "star break", she didn't know how to validate herself anymore. She needs to go back and realize she is valuable as Britney Spears - daughter of Jaimie and Lynn Spears and a sister to her siblings - the girl from Lousianna (or wherever). Then, at that point, she will be fine. She tried to justify her self as a superstar, then a wife, then a mother. She didn't appreicate herself first. She's empty and it is very sad. Seems she is now "useing" and being "self destructive" to fill the void. I only wish her well.

Gloria Allred is an irrelevant media whore who was disappointed in her inability to drum up enough media frenzy over Eddie Murphy denying paternity of Scary Spice's baby, and so she had to go insert herself into the spotlight in some other way. Don't be fooled, people. Respectable judges do not like media whore attorneys.

I am curious to see what he means by "drug use". I bet her "drug use" was by prescription. If it's pills, then it will be very difficult to prove she did anything wrong. And as for nudity, that's not illegal. There is nothing wrong with being naked in front of a toddler. That is most likely why her attorneys didn't cross examine him. They aren't familiar enough with the case to know what he's going to say, and what he did say was probably not bad enough to need to aggressively cross-examine.

188. In response to Diana...You threw a shoe at a 5 year old!! Makes me wonder what else you've done in between. There are many helpless children out there who are abused by the people who should be protecting and loving them that no one ever knows about. I am grateful that this bodyguard has come forward NOW because the custody hearing is taking place NOW. Britney isnt perfect parent, no one is, but lets not forget what a loser KFed is. He is not a good person. He is playing Mr Im so clean and mellow well, who wouldnt be on best behavior if they were in line to get a lot of money and much more by trying to get full custody. The court should give the kids to the grandmother long before KFed. This is a man who dicthed 4 kids to hook up w/ Britney!!! LOSER!!!!!!
