36. This might sound odd, but I hope Britney loses custody of her kids. I say this knowing that these arrangements can be changed later. Britney fan or not, the girl is acting like an idiot. No amount of embarrassment seems to straighten her out. She needs to fall a lot further than she has so far, maybe then she's seek help from those who care about her, rather than the hangers on she surrounds herself with.

37. With Britneys escalating erratic behavior I hope someone can protect K.Fed and the boys if she loses custody-I seriously wouldn't put anything past her-and she is so narcisstic,she may think if she can't have them,no one can.

39. It's a good thing that Junstin got out when he did. This girl is a mess. Pray for her??? NO, she made her bed and now she needs to lie in it. If you know that your are trying to get custody of your children you don't do drugs, you don't sleep with strange men, you don't go clubbing all the time, and you don't go out without wearing underwear and showing it all for the world to see!!!!

Almost every parent starting out has no idea how to take care of a child.....imagine being in your early twenties and juggling a demanding career and having no one to lean on for support and advice. Everyone knows that her parents are out of the picture for siding w/ K-Fed. I hardly think that giving a child a soda and chips constitutes as abuse. It lacks best judgment, but she won’t be the first to have done that. All I can say is that Britney has been exploited, unfairly criticized, and just right out crucified by the public. Of coarse she is going to act out! Being in the situation that he is in, there is no question Kevin benefits tremendously should he get 70/30 custody....more child support for him. What happened to the drug dealer Britney ran off their property some time back when K-Fed supposedly attempted to score some….not to mention all his weekend Las Vegas partying. Does putting them in his care make the situation any better?

This morning there is a really great post by a lawyer, talking about this whole Secret Witness thing and how telling it was that Britney was trying to settle, offering millions, to KFed rather than continue in court today -- plus talking about the lawyer strategy on why Britney's team would call Mr. Secret Witness to the stand. Very interesting.

The post doesn't discuss this latest news - attorney quits -- but it's telling. I'm betting it's got something to do with Mr. Secret Witness. I bet that Britney didn't tell her lawyer everything about Mr. Secret Witness?

45. That's Britney's biggest problem. She chooses NOT TO LISTEN to good advice. She has a history of making bad choices and has not learned YET that she's where she is today because of the BAD CHOICES SHE has made for HERSELF! If only she'd let her guard down and listen to those around her that CARE for her...but I think she's pushed them all away. It's so sad...
