51. I hope K-Fed gets 100% custody. He's no prize, true, but he does have 2 sets of grandparents to help with the kids. Britney has the impulse control of a six-year-old, and if rumors of her drug use are true, she should be nowhere near those children.

54. i feel sorry for britney, it's kind of obvious that she does have some severe mental problems, but i'm not sure she should have custody of her kids unless she does something like therapy or medication to help herself. If she *does* lose them though, that might hurt her enough to make her lose it...

55. What are you talking about,lawyers have no ethics?How long is this lawyer supposed to try to help Britney? I'm sure this woman has a personal life,maybe a couple of kids,I mean my GOD! 56. I don't think Brit or k-fed either one is fit to be parents, He never tried to parent his other kids but of course the money was not there for him to fight for.
The children need to be put in a foster home until these 2 fools grow up and can be decent parents.
As for turtle neck she needs to strive to find a decent home for the kids,
and forget about the no good parents....

57. I used to poke fun at her too... but I think she's on a crash course with death just like ANS. I think Dennis Miller is right on the mark when he said he couldn't poke fun at her because he didn't want to be the last joke that caused her to commit suicide.

Mybe the best thing to happen to her in terms of sobriety is to have the kids taken from her temporarily until she's been clean and sober for 6 months.
