63. I think this attorney was never any good and should have anticipated that it would be easier for Kevin to go for full custody if Brit gave him joint custody. If they had gone into court without any custody agreement, it would have been harder for Federline but attorney Wasser made it easier for him, which is not good lawyering in my estimation.

Ms. Wasser probably knows she's got Brit in trouble so now she's sounding the alarm and blaming Brit, but really Ms. Wasser is an incompetent attorney.

It’s amazing that strapping the car seat in the wrong direction and driving with the baby in the lap while trying to get away from paparazzi could come to this.

67. I love Britney but I think she's not even trying to get custody of her two kids, she should listen more to other people's advice and get herself put together I don't think partying and getting drunk would get her custody of her two boys..

69. Brittany is a child star who has had everyone in her family, and then her husband leach off her.

They all like to make up this stuff to try and stay in her wallet. It is pretty bad when she cuts off her mothers cash flow and her mom turns to k-feds side. That's sick. Did you all forget how he was out all night at the parties and never earned a dime.

Now Brittany's mom has moved onto making Brittany's sister a star so she can leach off her.
they went as far as to claim there was a hit out on k-fed.

Then a fired bodygard comes forward. It's all about the money that Brittany has earned. That's right WHAT SHE HAS EARNED.

70. My opinion of Gloria Allred is quite low. She is too fast to junk on the bandwagon to pull Brittany further down. I wonder if she ever considered for one minute to put as much time and energy into trying to help Brittany as she has to pull her down. Not much money in trying to help, huh Gloria? What if it was your daughter,would you want some attorney trying to get on TV and perhaps write another book at her expense.

What if Brittany harms herself? What will all these people say?? That girl needs help - will not anyone help her?

71. Why do you people believe everything you read? Britney Spears has not been charged in any criminal action at all. There is no proof that she is a drug user. Drinking alcohol is legal and so is getting drunk. There is no proof given to us the readers of TMZ that she is a drunk. Rehab is a private matter. If she is a drunk or a druggie that is her business and it does not necessarily mean that she is a bad person. Do you know any druggies or drunks? Are you a druggies or a drunk??? As for the pictures of her, pictures lie just as much as trashy tabloids do. They are easily altered especially when introduced on the internet. I believe that Britney Spears has issues. But to insult all people who have issues by stating she needs a wacko doctor implying that would be who is needed to treat her mental illness makes me question the person who said that...TEAM SEAN AND JAYDEN...to preach about her depravity is bull crap too. She is an entertainer for God's sake and in that she wears costumes when she performs. As for her mental health issues, who does not have them these days. How many of you can honestly say that you are 100% mentally competent all of the time. If you say that you are you are in denial. All of us that are human have done or will do in our lifetime something that others will find off the wall, or peculiar. You people are so quick to judge parenting skills. Where is child welfare?????WHy on earth are her children still with her.Anyine and I mean anyine else would have lost their kids by now.If anything happens to those children, child welfare in CA is to blame,besides of course britney herself.Such a shame what she has become,she is not going to be long for this earth if she doesn't get help now!!I keep waiting to hear she's killed herself,which of course I hope doesn't happen.

75. Someone please help her. Does anyone in her life not take from her or benefit in some way? I am not excusing any alleged behaviors I am just saying this girl obviously really needs someone to help her navigate this mess. If she is ill, which of course I and the rest of you can't know, then she needs help. Furthermore, her kids...all of the kids should be off limits completely. They didnt sign up for this...
