He has a previous arrest, and was in contact with LA police...He wasn't going down on stolen stuff again...We live in technical times. I use my record on my cell phone often. : )

48. Don't get me wrong, I believe OJ is guilty again but this dude Thomas Riccio is a dirt bag work of art. It is apparent he orchestrated this entire mess from the start, and now he makes money with his hidden recording. There has to be something that he can be charged with for his involvement in this stupid comedy. He played OJ like a violin, he wound him up and turned him lose and should be held accountable for his actions just like all the participants. I bet he was in on the conspiracy from the start and it was he that came up with the plan and sold it to OJ. There truly is no honor among theives.

49. The Judge needs to set a high bail, in the seven or eight figures, and take away his passport. OJ will run, either to the Bahamas, where he stashed money from his book and bought a condo, or France, like Roman Polanski, with no extradition.

50. How come no one has tracked down and interviewed O.J.'s blonde girlfriend? What is this thing that this black man has for blondes (even if they are bleached out). Does the girlfriend think OJ. is still looking for the real killer. Has anyone ever seen O.J. linked with a black woman other han his first wife? What do black women think of his (and other black mens) rejection of them

Is all this too racially sensitive to look into?

52. Dee & Honey Child; give me a break please!! First, if I knew that O.J. would be coming by to "look" at the items in question, I'd get a recorder too! Radio Shack $39.99 - we're not splitting atoms here, it's common sense. As for you Dee, "sold him out"? "filthy hands"? He killed the mother of his kids and another innocent person. If anyone has filthy hands it's 'the Juice" and it's not dirt on them, it's blood. No one sold him out, he did this all to himself and now he'll face justice again. This time he'll go away (hopefully) where he belongs and we won't have to hear from him again. Hey, look on the bright side, maybe your O.J. commemorative "just slittin' throats" wallet will be worth something on ebay once he's out of the public eye.

53. Sounds like Mr. Ricco set the OJ up just like that Goldman's wanted him too. Strange how Mr.Ricco gave the tape to TMZ before the police. Also noted was the fact that the tape was spliced. Smells like a rat. I am no fan of OJ Simpson but I do feel the man was used and the facts have not been put out there.For example, Simpson DID NOT have a gun. He was told by Ricco to come to the hotel. Ricco had a tape already set up to get him in a compromising positioin and the rest is history. I think Mr. Goldman is a sleazy person and no one not even OJ Simpson deserves entrapment. Mr. Goldman was offered more than 5 million dollars during the civil trial and he refused it and wanted 33 million. GREEDY, GREEDY. Hugs.

No, it's about about how Simpson is (as we write) is sitting in a jail cell in Las Vegas, with no bail, minus his precious Rolex, facing a no--nonsense judge, with NUMEROUS felony counts against him (supplemented by crime-in-progress audiotape and his own subsequent words to the media and police), and all his 'friends' arrested along with him looking like they're about to cry, and no DREAM TEAM, and apparently no money to pay them if they WERE still about ... and how the jury demographics are going to be COMPLETELY DIFFERENT this time around.

59. #53 I could not agree with you more. Denise Brown and Fred Goldman are both in it for the money. The Brown's did not have a dime untile Nicole married OJ and the Goldman's only went for the bucks. Where is Ron's mother during all of this, never heard a word from her only the crazy father and his equally nutty daughter.
