91. HAHA I just read the best scenerio bout this fool tonight. The mob killed Nichole. Must be all these old mob guys he just got busted with. It's called the OJ mob. He leads you follow old men. Though I wouldn't put it past him that he had his buddies there. Piece of work. Okay my limited knowlege about the mob..hi guys how are ya....um they don't quite work that way and OJ I highly doubt would still be walking earth. Any mob guys here care to comment? :) I best becareful TMZ might be part of the mob too they have my email ;) The story is way too grandious. Anything bout OJ is so absurd. If that grand story is true it's still his fault.

92. The tune would be so different here if not for the NOT GUILTY verdict in the murder trial of NBS and RG by OJ.
Amazing how most of you pick and choose WHEN you like the US government and its criminal justice system.
Too many want OJ to pay for the aquitted murders instead of truly looking at the Vegas changes alone.
Very few of these charges will stick because there's too much local police mishandling of potential evidence in attempts to make others "flip".
OJ was set up. His intent was wrong but, I'm convinced that "wrong" doesn't equate "illegal".
Perhaps everyone should stop listening to 24/7 media blab and LOOK AT THE LAW! Apply it to the charges against OJ. Most of this will be tossed or supressed.
This isn't what the Goldmans and the media hype it up to be. You'll see.
Yes, I'm a criminal justice/psychology student. Most here are not and most celebs. aren't, either. As for the "guest attorneys", do they truly know each charge as it relates to Las Vegas, Nevada? Just speculatively.

93. Hey #99.........would explain this one to the muddled masses here tonight?........someone with your mind can handle this one easily enough......................... Felony Murder Rule - States that any death, which occurs during the commission or attempt to commit certain felonies, which include arson, rape or other sexual offenses, burglary, robbery or kidnapping, is first-degree murder and all participants in the felony can be held equally culpable, including those who did no harm, possessed no weapon, and did not intend to hurt anyone. Intent does not have to be proven for anything but the underlying felony. Even if, during the commission of the underlying felony, death occurs from fright, a heart attack for instance, it is still first-degree murder.........with Riccio in the hospital with his heart attack, is OJ on the edge? What do you think?

This tape says it all,set up or not Oj was running the (sting),he is not police and he went about it in a criminal manner,he held the guys in the room took away their cellphones so no one could call police,what more do you need to believe this guy was wrong and committed a crime......end of story!

99. #10........Both of his hands were handcuffed.........you use a second pair attached so that fat people who cannot get their hands together behind them, are secured. It just did not show up well when he came down the stairs quickly. He was cuffed on both wrists.

100. When I spoke to OJ last month in Dallas during the Interviews on MN1. I mentioned TMZ to him and it was the only time I saw flustered the whole week he spent with us. TMZ is owned by Time Warner and this creation of media using the justice system is just "Wrong"

It was not OJ's stuff. He was found responsible in Civil Court and owes the victim's families over $30 million. In ten years he only paid them $10,000.00 of the total.

If someone has something of OJ's he can make a police contact about it or sue the person. He does not have to hold them hostage in a room with a bunch of friends, with guns, with threats, with taunts.

OJ is going to jail this time.

Odds are that IF O.J. went to the police on this matter, he would have been told it was a civil matter and he would have to sue these crooks to get his stuff... meanwhile the crooks would have just gone somewhere outside of the jurisdiction of the Las Vegas courts and a lawsuit would be a waste of time.

It was pretty clear by the tapes that it WAS O.J.'s stuff and they KNEW it.

Now the money-grubbing Brown family will probably wind up getting the proceeds anyway... in my opinion, it's quite apparent that Nicole wasn't the ONLY whore in that family.

One final note... anyone who knows anything about DNA knows that the DNA evidence n the murder case CLEARED O.J. of being the actual killer beyond any shadow of doubt.
