There will not be any trial.
The media just needs something to focus on until a natural disaster happens or OJ Pleas guilty in a deal and is sentanced which ever come's first.

OJ sounds like a typical abuser on that tape, he can turn on the violence pretty easy then smile sheepishly for the cameras.

51. He went from a wedding,wishing everyone "God bless" to threatening and cursing in a violent rage. That scene coulded have easily escalated into murder He's dangerous.

He and Riccio got stung by their own sting.

54. wrong shannon conway. if i'm your friend and i decide you have a bunch of my belongings. i cannot just walk into your place with a few of my other friends and proceed to tell you to sit down, take "my stuff" and whatever else i can grab and just leave. that's a crime whether it's me doing it, you doing it or oj.

I think OJ OBVIOUSLY went about getting his stolen items back the WRONG way, but he does have reason to doubt the abilities of the L.A.P.D. have we all forgotten the planting of evidence that got him acquitted? Did he kill Nicole and Ron, you betcha, did he get off, sure did...so let the past go! Deal with the here and now, he wanted his stuff back that is worth a lot of money that was stolen from him, granted, he should have called the police and let the police get his belongings back; however, had I been in his shoes, I'm not sure I'd trust LAPD either. I do believe it is unfair that one of the men with a weapon was released without any bail, same charges, yet OJ gets slapped without bail? Seems like the DA's office is hoping for their revenge...the charges against him will not likely hold. AND what the heck is with the audio recording anyway? Who was behind that one? Seems like someone set him up for the fall this time, let's just hope LAPD had nothing to do with it...again!

56. Ok, there are obviously a LOT of maroons on here.

1- OJ is the one that went to get HIS stuff. So the people that went with him, cause they had his back, were there at HIS invite and were in effect under HIS control. When the situation escalates, and people are ORDERED to take their personal property and place it on the bed, OJ could have said "No man, thats his", he could have DE_ESCALATED or countermanded the demand, he didn't make any such attempt. This places him IN on the decisions and actions of the GROUP, five people rob a bank, one has a gun, somebody gets shot, THEY ALL GO DOWN FOR IT. When they guy says thats my montana, again, OJ could have said, "no, don't take his stuff" and if the other guy did, OJ would still be in trouble for it, but a jury may have said NO to that one issue of evidence, he didn't and they won't, GUILTY. When the guy asks "dont break my cell phone" the guy responds "BREAK YOUR ASS" which is a threat, OJ didn't try to reign the guy in again, HE IN AFFECT WENT ALONG WITH THE THREAT, when you commit a gang crime, you are ALL responsible for the actions of the others, and will be tried as such.

2- Why didn't OJ coordinate the sting with the police ? Obviously, he did not want a police presence, press presence, or for the Goldmans to find out he was getting this valuable stuff, including the PRICELESS verdict suit, which was not there. THIS WAS THE MOTIVE TO GO THERE ALONE AND WITH THE INTENT TO RETRIEVE (STEAL) PROPERTY BY THREAT OF FORCE OF VIOLENCE.

3- Why did he think he would get away with taking the stuff, because the guys he was taking it form are dirty too. SoO he figured they wouldn't report it, and he and his posse could handle any reprisals.

4- Why the tape recorder ? The guy recording has PLANNED to record the guys that stole OJ's stuff, he was somewhat naive about the juice and his posse. If anyone was truly on OJ's side that was indeed innocent, it was this dope, he was the one that clued Juice in on the stuff and set up the meeting to confront them, he thought the cops would be called and first he would record damning evidence from the thiefs, instead, he ended up on the wrong side of an armed robbery.

You can say what you what, pull up old history, but the Juice is going down this time, and beleive it, the IRS is already after those off-shore accounts and THEY may take him from Vegas and send him up like Capone on massive tax evasion AND laundering under the PATRIOT act LONG before this Vegas issue goes to trial.

The Juice may never see the outside of a cell in his lifetime.

57. Why is everyone talking about Orange Juice Simpson?lolal...I just don't get it in fact who cares. He is a old man trying to get in some media time and all of the news and internet is buying right in to it. Remember there is no such thing as bad publisity. I bet he is sitting in his cell waitting on his next move like a book or an interview.. The world is making him rich.

Plus it is your own law and jury that let him free.
If you want to get mad at a murderer for 14 years, then you will be busy for the rest of your life because there are lots of them out there that got away and most of them are white folks.
But you will spend all major networks on this one black guy ?

Well, you will also be judged the same way.

The bible says do not judge and forgive. But here you are going after 1 person for 14 years.
