Judge to Brit -- You Got Substance Abuse Problems

The judge in the Britney Spears custody battle found that "there is a habitual, frequent, and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol by (Britney)." The judge has ordered Britney "to undergo testing for the use of controlled substances and alcohol." Testing will be conducted randomly twice a week.

According to judge's order, no changes were made yesterday in the custody arrangement. As we first reported, custody is split 50/50 between Britney and K-Fed. He wants to change it to 70/30 in his favor.

The documents underscore the bitterness in the custody battle. Judge Scott Gordon ruled that "Each party is restrained from making derogatory remarks about the other party and the other party's family or significant other..."

The judge also prohibits Brit and K-Fed from "using corporal punishment with the minor children and from allowing anyone else to do so."

The judge also ordered the battling parents "to engage in joint co-parenting counseling." The order continues, "Each party is ordered to complete the PARENTING WITHOUT CONFLICT program."

The judge went on, "Neither party shall consume alcohol, or other non-prescription controlled substance during or for the 12 hours immediately preceding any period such party is responsible for the health and safety of the minor children."

91. Actually I think the judge is an idiot, only an alcohol counseler could diagnose alcoholism. And not that I condone alcoholism but drinking alcohol is legal even for people who have kids. As long as it doesn't affect anything. And Britney looks too fat to be on drugs she probably smokes weed but dont a lot of people doesn't Snoop dog smoke weed.

92. Man, this is symtomatic of basic American child raising, children raising children and then throw money in the mix. Don't be surprised to have a giant tabloid headline that Lynn Spears ends up with custody of both boys rather than either of the parents.

It sounds like the judge has come dangerously close to having his fill of these two.

93. I read the court papers and this is good and fair judge, who doesn't take the loss of parental rights as lightly as the rest of America. I would highly doubt that K-Fed is seeking a 70/30 split without the consideration of increased "child support" fees. Come on! I read a report in Fox News that K-Fed was not seeking increases in his monthly allowance. What a bunch of bull S***. If he got 70% custody, he would absolutely seek more money. How dare anyone say he would not. Even his bimbo lawyer, who loves the spotlight just as much as K-Fed. The contributor to all of the mess.... and the financial support of it.... a poor young mother with a very public identity crisis. I think TMZ ought to follow Hillarly Clinton around for awhile. Some better dirt there and it would be more real.

Isn't this the SAME britney who went to rehab 2x & bolted within 24 hours each time? 97. I am disturbed by the allegation of corporal punishment. There probably isn't one here that hasn't given their little one an attention getting swat. But by corporal punishment do they mean serious hitting on infants?? That is truly low and sad. If that turns out to be the case, zip!, case over, you loose your kids.

Look, Both Britney and by colusion, Kevin Federline are users, hangerons, and basically whores to the system that made them what they were. Most everyone assumes that Britney is out of control, perhaps it goes beyond that, she just doesn't G.A.F.

Kevin Federline is no better, while he postures with an adult pose for the kids, which in turn mean the money, he is just as big a looser as she is at this point. Those two kids didn't deserve this. Like the old saying goes, it isn't their fault who they were born to... someday they won't care.

99. Everyone is so concerned about Britney - what might happen to her. But what will happen to her children if they are permitted to stay with her. It appears that the majority are convinced she is a habitual drug user, alcoholic and putting her children in danger. Sure, KFED is a jerk but he does not appear to put the children in danger and does not appear to run around naked in front of them while freely using drugs in front of them. And, even if it WAS for show, he DID give them a birthday party. What the heck did SHE give them - if anything? It is obvious he is the lesser of two evils here so really, he should get the children and she should get HELP. From what I read, she is so arrorant and self centered that everything has to be her way or she will just walk out. Walk out on everybory - lawyers, family, managers. She apparently thinks no one else but her knows what they are doing. So - take her kids from her - she obviously does not want them and let her keep doing things HER way and see what hole she winds up in. WHO CARES??????

103. As messed up as Britney is, I think K-Dud is the real villian. His only talent is to in-pregnant women. He's been after Britney's money since the day they met. How many childen does he have - five? He's paying those other mamas with the child support Brit gives to him. If the Judge said he could have sole custody of the kids but no child support, the lowlife, scheming, slime ball would run like the chicken he is. The paps don't stalk him all the time because he is an unimportant idiot so how do we know he would be a good father? He would take the money and hire nannys so he could still party every night. Turn over the childen to responsible adults - neither Britney or K-Dud are fit to be parents. Maybe Britney some day, but K-Dud never !!!!!!

105. I am curious how KFed could be guilty of "impregnating" women? Like they dont know what " protection is"? Like they dont know how to say NO? C'mon - we are not talking rape here!! Like Britney did not know before she started going with him and having sex with him that he was involved with another women who was also pregnant? Like that other woman did not want that child either? C'm on- this sex was consensual - we are talking adults here (well, I question Britneys mental capacity in that area!). Wake up - all were adults that were involved in this situation and all knew what he/she were doing. She had the children - along with him - and she just did not want the responsibility. She gives the words "IMMATURE" and "SELFISH" whole new meanings!!!!
