Celebrity Justice
Judge to Goldmans: O.J.'s Rolex Is Yours!

O.J. SimpsonIt's about time! A judge just ruled on the side of Fred Goldman, agreeing that that he is entitled to O.J. Simpson's Rolex. Bling, bling!

The judge also ruled that Goldman's request for the items seized in Las Vegas must be requested individually and he will rule accordingly in a hearing set for next Tuesday -- possibly sooner.

Attorneys for Goldman can go to Las Vegas and receive the watch, get an appraisal, and the judge will hear findings on October 16.

Simpson's attorney can also look at the watch and have an independent appraisal.

436. Hey Steve, sounds like you are already eating OJ's crap, hope you're real hungry 'cause OJ is full of it.

437. Absolutley rediculous!!! I am laughing and crying at the same time!! (no pun intended).
First of all people................I am sure that OJ has more than one watch, so why waste to space to ask what time is it?
More importantly, why does FRED GOLD-DIGGER think that he is entitled to ANYthing of oj's and why would he want it? He needs to GET A JOB!!! He is a STALKER and his side-kick is his daughter Kim. I could only imagine what kind of services or promises were made to the judge in this ruling!!!
You all must have voted for Bush!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! tsk tsk tsk

438. If the watch isn't gold, it's stainless steel, then it's worth under $5K. Whatever the Goldmans recover from OJ, they should be entitled to because he took their son from them. I bet the Goldmans give more than 80% of it to charity.

439. I bet IF the GOLDDIGGERS get even a dime from the watch that they will indeed give it to charity....the Fred & Kim GOLDDIGGER Charity.

Infact, if we all give that charity a dime, this would all be over with. Fred and Kim are Stalkers and are obsessed with oj and his every move.

440. OJ is allowed a living, he receives what $400k a year from his pension. If he bought his watch with his pension money why should Goldman get it? OJ was acquited of those murders in cirminal court and the Civil court case was a joke. Nonetheless, if OJ purchased his watch with pension money he should not have to give it up. He is supposed to be able to earn $400 k a year, but not able to spend it that makes no sense.

441. 417. I knew it...
Considering the fact that OJ owes the Goldmans and the Browns MILLIONS of dollars (and hasn't paid them a penny, FYI) I figured that anything that OJ took out of that room would belong to the families. That's pretty STUPID to commit burglary for a bunch of stuff that you're not going to be able to enjoy. He doesn't OWN anything. He can't...because if any judge anywhere knows that he owns something he will be forced to give it up to pay the families. Anyway...Good going judge!!!

Jen, how ridiculous, he is allowed to make a living, do you really think he is not allowed to spend any of the living he earns?

442. Goldman's giving money to Charity...I bet!...I am sorry they lost their son, but move on!
It is the Goldman's keeping this business in the news.........Taking a man's watch is ridiculous!
That is not in the Judge's orders from the judgement...Memorabilia, not personal items!

Posted at 11:47PM on Sep 20th 2007 by PJ

443. Indeed, Maria!!!! I find it so refreshing that someone has finally said it! OJ is allowed his pension, regardless of whathe purchases with it....it is his.
FREDDY GOLDDIGGER needs to get a job........................

444. The state presented a bad case but that doesn't mean the proof of his guilt was there. He left his DNA all over the place. The "ulgy *ss shoes showed up in a picture after the trial and he said he wouldn't have them, and so he lied. One of the biggest proof was that the carpet fibers from his car was an extremely rare kind and they were on the victims but the state didn't find this out in time to use it. This is just some of the proof the families had for the civil trial to prove his guilt. So get straight that he isn't innocent. Besides he said it all in the title but just used the word "If" to cover it up.

445. All of this is guilt on the part of the Gold-diggers. This won't bring their son back. They should have been there for him while he was alive. You can't build a relationship from
the grave and Ron won't be coming back no matter how much money they get from OJ.

I understand grieving---but a life of hating! Get some help quick.

446. Dear squatmunkie and all other posters who expect the Goldmans to "move on"

I am sure the Goldmans would love to "move on". I am sure they would love to wake up each day, pick up the phone and speak to Ron. Maybe hang out with him, his wife, their kids. Celebrate holidays together. Never have to see, hear or speak about OJ "Killer" Simpson but guess what? They can't. And the reason they can't is because the aforementioned Killer thinks he is above the law and can ignore the fact that, legally, he owes them. It has nothing to do with money - it has to do with justice. They were denied justice at the criminal trial but found justice at the only other means available. The civil trial. This man butchered their son and he constantly thumbs his nose at the law. Ron did not deserve what happened to him. He was in the wrong place, at the wrong time - doing a friend a favour. I would like to see you handle this kind of situation better if it was your family in the middle of an horrendous experience such as this.
Walk a mile in their shoes before you criticise.

447. To the moron that thinks the Goldman's should 'move on'(squatmunkie)FYI--this monster murdered his son, for which he was awarded a 33 million dollar judgement which OJ has paid ZERO so far. I hope they pursue him for the rest of his life--every time he takes a quarter from his pocket I hope they are there to seize it. He has made a hobby of smugly taunting the Brown's and Goldman's--saying he won't work, etc. He was even low enough to drag his children into the book scam. Hell is too good for him. GO GOLDMANS! I don't want to read the book, but I' bought two copies just to support them.

448. Why is it all you black folk(yes, I am too)DEFEND this murdering bastard? Are you REALLY that stupid? Explains why he was acquitted in the first trial. Thank GOD the civil jury had a brain.

449. Squatmunkie does not have a clue, and is obviously not a parent. People in this country are ready to throw Michael Vick in Jail and throw away the key because he abused dogs. OJ killed Mr.Goldman's son and got away with it to travel the country playing golf, and hiding his money from the Goldmans. I hope they can get his McDonalds money!! Squatmunkie, what would your parents do for you if someone cut you down in the prime of your life because you were being a helpful guy returning a pair of glasses huh? I guess they'd bury you, call it a day and enjoy watching the "KILLER" as he toils away the days of his life golfing. GET A CLUE

450. I'm loving this headline, too funny. Yes it is "about time" there was a little justice served. Tip for OJ, when you've lost a wrongful death suit, don't go flashing a Rolex for the world to see. The jury wrongfully aquitted him and people are still chanting that stupid "glove didn't fit" nonsense (please remember why it didn't fit) so the victims' families sued. OJ declared bankruptcy if I'm not mistaken so they're nailing him the only way they can. I love it.
