Judge to Goldmans: O.J.'s Rolex Is Yours!

O.J. SimpsonIt's about time! A judge just ruled on the side of Fred Goldman, agreeing that that he is entitled to O.J. Simpson's Rolex. Bling, bling!

The judge also ruled that Goldman's request for the items seized in Las Vegas must be requested individually and he will rule accordingly in a hearing set for next Tuesday -- possibly sooner.

Attorneys for Goldman can go to Las Vegas and receive the watch, get an appraisal, and the judge will hear findings on October 16.

Simpson's attorney can also look at the watch and have an independent appraisal.

62. Oh stop with using the " kids " who are now grown adults !
if you want to feel sorry for these young people feel bad they grew up without their mother, they have been used to hide millions of dollars, they have been raised by a pompous low life criminal.
They also were well aware of the book he was writting before it changed hands.
maybe now they get on with thier lives and out from under the debt thier father created for them to buden.

63. White America just can't seem to get over O.J. It's such a pitty that so many people claim to "know he's guilty of the murders, but have no clue. Again, another current example of how White America is "appalled" at this, but oh-so-conveniently forget how justice has never been fair to its citizens of color. From O.J's most recent experience, yet again, White America salivates at the opportunity to "get back" at him from his previous acquittal. Shame on you White America! Grow up and look at history!

OJ claimed he was bankrupt (which is BS and everyone knows it), and hasn't directly paid the Goldmans one dime out of the money the court ruled he has to pay- so they have every right to go after every little thing that he has. I do think it comes across as money hungry sometimes, but if you look at the facts they have every right to get it.

I hope the Goldman's get the watch then smash it toa billion pieces.

It's real easy for people who have NOT had a son/daughter/family member/ friend MURDERED to think that the Goldman's should move on. When someone dies, you dont' just stop loving that person (unless you are OJ Simpson who is not capable of love in the first place), you don't forget them. Unless you are put in the same situation, you do not know what you will do. The Goldman's could, possibly, one day forgive BUT OJ needs to say I'M SORRY FIRST (which will NEVER happen)

I hope the Goldman's get absolutley everthing they can, and more then destory it ALL. You gotta hit this man where it hurts most - his wallet.

I think everyone posting here would do just as the Goldman's are doing if faced with this situation- regardless of which side you are on.
