93. I think maybe LANA did kill herself. I think once she realized she had just stooped so low as to engage in sexual activity with Phil Spector, it was the straw that broke the camel's back. She knew she had hit rock bottom and she just snapped. I think I would probably kill myself too in order to get away from Spector.

97. This man killed that woman without a doubt, he has a deep history of sexually harassing women by gunpoint. May the ghost of Lana take haunt his ass and those of the stupid jurors forever. Although I'm not surprised by the number of who decided to acquit because the jury pool had about 7 men and 5 women. I sorta believe that men think it's OK to use a gun to intimidate women for sex.

99. Only in CA you can get away with murder. Sure she was so depressed that she decided to end her life at Phil's house. I dont think so. Why did she go home with him in the first place? He is so ugly. Gee, I wonder if his fame and money had anything to do with it. Is everyone so star struck in CA that they let these killers off scot free? 100. Unbelieveable! Only in LA. We all acknowledge he's pulled guns on women in the past (habit) and yet, we have a jury who can't reach a verdict. What a bunch of morons! What more do they need a video of the murder? Really, I mean assuming arguendo that someone wanted to commit suicide, isn't that more a "private" thing? Women statistically don't commit suicide. Maybe the system of juries just doesn't work. We need bench trials! It really infuriates me to think this woman went to his house and ends up dead from his gun. MORONS!!! Don't buy any of their books after they're off jury duty.

104. Did anyone see Dominick Dunne the other night on Larry King?? Dominick ran into Phil in the washroom of the courthouse a couple of months ago. All Phil did is pee. But, he washed his hands like he had OCD or 'I wanna be a surgeon syndrome'. Every nook and cranny was washed over and over. At least 10 minutes of this. If this is the way he always washes his hands-hence the lack of residue or blood on them. This is NOT 'rocket science'!! We, over in the courttv.com chat room thought there was finally an 'intelligent' LA LA Land jury (what an oxymoron, huh??)--but noooooo, another moronic jury was picked, again. How sad for Lana's familly and our justice system. I just hope they use whatever brains they have left when they go back into deliberations.

105. I am not afraid of the jury system in L.A., but I am afraid of all the people in this forum, who think they know that Phil Spector is guilty, when they were not at the trial, and did not hear all of the evidence.

So what if the driver testified that Spector said that he just killed someone. That does not mean that Phil actually said it. The driver could have plenty of motivation to lie. People lie in court all the time; don’t you remember the debacle that was the O.J. trial? The only evidence that should be considered is the forensic evidence.

Phil Spector is the only person who knows what really happened that night, and he is not talking.

I do not know if Spector is innocent or guilty, but I do know that there is not enough forensic evidence to convict him.

All of you who think that you know Phil Spector is guilty, when you were not even at the trial are scary. In America, unlike France and other European countries, a person is innocent until proven guilty, because we would rather see a guilty man go free, than see an innocent man in jail.

It is absolutely horrendous that the prosecution is allowed to select the charge for this crime based upon what they think will get Phil Spector convicted, and not upon the facts of the crime. Shooting someone in the face is intent to kill, i.e. 1st degree murder, not 2nd degree “reckless heart” murder, or manslaughter.
